Claims (10)
- 質量%で表示して、
58.5〜69.5%のSiO2、
4.8〜9.9%のAl2O3、
0〜2.5%のLi2O、
3%以上5%未満のNa2O、
0%より多く5.2%以下のMgO、
3%より多く13%以下のCaO、
15%より多く18%以下のSrO、
0〜3%のTiO2、
0〜9.8%のZrO2を含有し、
B 2 O 3 を実質的に含まず、
K 2 Oを実質的に含まず、
BaOを実質的に含まず、
SiO2+Al2O3の値が73%以下であり、
Li2O+Na2O+K2Oの値が5%未満であり、
MgO+CaOの値が3%より多く16%以下であり、
SrO+BaOの値が15%より多く18%以下であり、
MgO+CaO+SrO+BaOの値が21〜33%であり、
モル分率に基づく、MgO/CaOの値が0.2以上1.0以下であり、
ガラス転移点が555℃よりも高く、
液相温度が1200℃以下であり、
50〜350℃の範囲における平均熱膨張係数が75×10-7/℃以下であるガラス基板。 - 液相温度が1150℃以下である請求項1に記載のガラス基板。
- SrOの含有率が15.5〜18%である、請求項1または2に記載のガラス基板。
- 密度が2.83g/cm3未満である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のガラス基板。
- 密度が2.80g/cm3以下である、請求項4に記載のガラス基板。
- モル分率に基づく、MgO/CaOの値が0.3以上0.8以下である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のガラス基板。
- 液相温度が1100℃以下である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のガラス基板。
- 50〜350℃の範囲における平均熱膨張係数が70×10-7/℃以下である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のガラス基板。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のガラス基板と、前記ガラス基板上に形成された透明導電膜とを備えた透明導電膜付きガラス基板。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のガラス基板を、フロート法により原料を溶融し、成形することにより製造する、ガラス基板の製造方法。
