Claims (32)

前記シャフトにトルクを加えて、前記筐体に対する前記シャフトの回転を防止するボールスプラインと、
を含むボールねじアクチュエータと、
を備えるサスペンションシステムであって、前記筐体、前記ステータ、及び前記ボールスプラインが、互いに結合されて、固定アセンブリを形成し、前記ロータ及び前記ボールナットが、互いに結合されて、スラスト軸受を用いて前記固定アセンブリに対して回転可能に支持され、かつ軸方向に固定された回転アセンブリを形成する、
サスペンションシステム。 - 前記スラスト軸受が、前記ボールナット及び前記筐体に結合されている、請求項19に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記回転アセンブリが、前記筐体及び前記ロータに結合されたもう1つの軸受を用いて前記筐体によって更に回転可能に支持される、請求項19又は20に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記もう1つの軸受が、前記スラスト軸受から離間し、前記スラスト軸受より軸方向に上に配置される、請求項21に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記ステータが、軸方向に前記スラスト軸受と前記もう1つの軸受との間に配置される、請求項22に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記ばねが、コイルばね又は空気ばねのうちの1つである、請求項19〜23のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記筐体が、内側筐体であり、前記サスペンションシステムは、前記内側筐体が結合され、かつ前記内側筐体、前記モータ、及び前記ボールナットを囲む外側筐体を更に含む、請求項19〜24のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記内側筐体が、前記ステータより上に配置された第1のチューブアイソレータを用いて前記外側筐体に結合されている、請求項25に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記内側筐体が、前記ステータの少なくとも一部分より下に配置された第2のチューブアイソレータを用いて前記外側筐体に結合されている、請求項26に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置されたモータであって、前記筐体が前記モータを囲み、かつ前記筐体が前記モータを冷却するための流体を受け入れるための冷却通路を含む、モータと、
前記筐体内で軸方向に移動するシャフトと、
前記筐体と前記シャフトとの間で軸方向力を伝達するために前記モータがトルクを加えるボールナットと、
前記筐体と前記シャフトとの間でトルクを伝達して、前記筐体と前記シャフトとの間の回転を防止するボールスプラインと、
を備えるボールねじアクチュエータであって、前記筐体が、前記ボールナットに結合されて、前記筐体と前記ボールナットとの間の回転を可能にし、前記筐体と前記ボールナットとの間の軸方向の移動を防止し、
前記筐体が、前記ボールスプラインに結合されて、前記筐体と前記ボールスプラインとの間の回転及び軸方向の移動を防止する、
ボールねじアクチュエータ。 - 前記筐体が、スラスト軸受を用いて前記ボールナットに結合されている、請求項28に記載のボールねじアクチュエータ。
- 前記モータのロータが、前記スラスト軸受より上に配置された別の軸受を用いて前記筐体に回転可能に結合されている、請求項29に記載のボールねじアクチュエータ。
- 前記筐体が、前記モータより上から前記ボールナットより下まで延びる、請求項28〜30のいずれか一項に記載のボールねじアクチュエータ。
- 前記ボールスプラインが、前記ボールナットより下に配置され、前記筐体の下端部に結合されている、請求項31に記載のボールねじアクチュエータ。
