Claims (20)
- 上部マウントと、
底部マウントと、
前記上部マウントから下へ延びる上部筐体と、
前記底部マウントから上へ延びる下部筐体と、
車両の車体と前記車両のばね下構成要素との間の第1の荷重経路を形成するように構成された空気ばねであって、前記空気ばねは前記上部筐体によって画定される上部チャンバと、前記下部筐体と、前記上部筐体と前記下部筐体との間に半径方向に延びる膜とによって画定される下部チャンバと、を有する加圧キャビティを含み、前記加圧キャビティは前記第1の荷重経路の力を伝達する加圧ガスを収容する、空気ばねと、
前記車体と前記ばね下構成要素との間の前記第1の荷重経路に平行な第2の荷重経路を形成するように構成されたボールねじアクチュエータであって、
ステータ筐体と、
前記ステータ筐体に結合され、ステータとロータを有するモータと、
シャフトと、
前記モータがトルクを加えて、前記ステータ筐体と前記シャフトとの間で前記第2の荷重経路の力を伝達するボールナットと、
前記シャフトにトルクを加えて、前記ステータ筐体に対する前記シャフトの回転を防止するボールスプラインと、を含むボールねじアクチュエータと、を備えるサスペンションシステムであって、
前記加圧キャビティの前記上部チャンバと前記下部チャンバは、前記上部筐体と前記ステータ筐体との間で画定される間隙を通って互いに流体連通している、
サスペンションシステム。 - 前記ボールねじアクチュエータの前記モータは、前記加圧キャビティ内に収容される、請求項1に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記上部筐体は、前記ボールねじアクチュエータから半径方向に離間し、前記ボールねじアクチュエータを囲み、前記上部筐体と前記ボールねじアクチュエータとの間に間隙を画定する、請求項1又は2に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記ボールねじアクチュエータを前記ステータ筐体に結合する1つ以上の支持構造体を更に備える、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の支持構造体は、前記ボールねじアクチュエータと前記上部筐体との間の前記第2の荷重経路の力を伝達する、請求項4に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の支持構造体は、前記加圧キャビティの前記上部チャンバと前記下部チャンバとの間で前記間隙を通る空気流を可能にする、請求項4に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の支持構造体は、複数のスポークの間に流路を提供するために、互いから円周方向に離間するスポークである、請求項4に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の支持構造体は、前記ボールねじアクチュエータの前記ステータより上に配置される、請求項4に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記ステータ筐体、前記ステータ、及び前記ボールスプラインが、互いに結合されて、固定アセンブリを形成し、前記ロータ及び前記ボールナットが、互いに結合されて、スラスト軸受を用いて前記固定アセンブリに対して回転可能に支持され、かつ軸方向に固定される回転アセンブリを形成する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記スラスト軸受が、前記ボールナット及び前記ステータ筐体に結合されている、請求項9に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記回転アセンブリが、前記ステータ筐体及び前記ロータに結合されたもう1つの軸受を用いて前記ステータ筐体によって更に回転可能に支持される、請求項10に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 前記もう1つの軸受が、前記スラスト軸受から離間し、前記スラスト軸受より軸方向に上に配置される、請求項11に記載のサスペンションシステム。
