Claims (10)
- 直線運動を回転運動に変換する運動変換機構と該運動変換機構により変換された回転運動が伝達されるモータとを備え車両のバネ上部材側に連結されるアクチュエータと、シリンダとシリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されシリンダ内に2つの圧力室を隔成するピストンと一端がピストンに連結されるロッドとを備えロッドもしくはシリンダの一方にアクチュエータの直線運動が伝達されるとともにロッドもしくはシリンダの他方が車両のバネ下部材側に連結される液圧ダンパと、液圧ダンパを圧縮させる方向および液圧ダンパを伸長させる方向に附勢可能な附勢手段とを備え、附勢手段は、モータに対し軸方向に移動不能なバネ受け部と、上記ロッドもしくはシリンダの他方に対し軸方向に移動不能なバネ受け部と、上記ロッドもしくはシリンダの一方に対し軸方向に移動不能であって前記各バネ受け部との間に配置されるバネ受けと、各バネ受け部とバネ受けとの間の2箇所に介装される一対のバネとを具備してなることを特徴とする緩衝器。
- 各バネの周方向への回転を許容する許容手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 許容手段は、各バネ受け部と各バネとの間の2箇所、あるいは、一方のバネとバネ受けの間および他方のバネとバネ受け部との間の2箇所、あるいは、一方のバネとバネ受け部の間および他方のバネとバネ受けとの間の2箇所に介装される環状部材であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の緩衝器。
- バネが最収縮する以前にピストンに当接するクッション部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の緩衝器。
- 液圧ダンパは、シリンダの外周側にリザーバを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の緩衝器。
- バネ受け部およびバネ受けは、シリンダの外周側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の緩衝器。
- バネ受けは、ロッドに連結される連結部と、連結部の外周側から垂下されるとともに液圧ダンパの外周側に配置される筒部と、筒部の外周側に突設される環状の鍔部とを備え、各バネ受け部と鍔部との間の2箇所にそれぞれバネが介装されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の緩衝器。
- 運動変換機構が、モータに連結される螺子軸と、ロッドに連結されるとともに上記螺子軸に回転自在に螺合される螺子ナットであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の緩衝器。
- ロッドもしくはシリンダの他方に連結され液圧ダンパおよび各バネ受け部およびバネ受けおよび各バネを収容する外筒と、螺子軸および螺子ナットを覆い外筒内に挿入される内筒とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の緩衝器。
- 外筒に懸架バネ受けを設けたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の緩衝器。
