Claims (7)
- 緩衝器の外筒の外周に取り付けられるとともに上記緩衝器を伸長方向に附勢する懸架ばねの一方側端を支持する環状の可動ばね受けと、上記可動ばね受けを上記緩衝器の軸方向に駆動する駆動手段とを備える車高調整装置において、
上記可動ばね受けを懸架ばね側に附勢する補助ばねと、上記外筒の外周に取り付けられて上記可動ばね受けの懸架ばね側への移動を規制するストッパ部材を備えており、
上記ストッパ部材は、上記懸架ばね及び上記補助ばねが組み付けられた状態にあるとき、上記可動ばね受けと接触しない位置に設けられていることを特徴とする車高調整装置。 - 筒状に形成されて上記外筒の外周に保持されるガイド筒を備えるとともに、
上記可動ばね受け及び上記ストッパ部材が上記ガイド筒を介して上記外筒に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車高調整装置。 - 上記駆動手段は、上記ガイド筒の外周で上記可動ばね受けの反懸架ばね側に固定されるハウジングと、上記ハウジングと上記ガイド筒との間に形成されて作動流体が充填されるジャッキ室と、上記可動ばね受けの反懸架ばね側に当接するとともに上記ハウジングと上記ガイド筒との間に移動可能に挿入されて上記ジャッキ室の懸架ばね側開口を塞ぐジャッキピストンと、上記ジャッキ室に作動流体を給排するポンプとを備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車高調整装置。
- 上記外筒に固定され、上記外筒から外側に張り出す支持部材を備えており、
上記ハウジングが上記懸架ばねで上記支持部材に押し付けられて、上記支持部材を介して上記外筒に固定されるとともに、
上記ガイド筒が上記ハウジングの内周に吊り下げられた状態に保持されており、上記ハウジングを介して上記外筒に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車高調整装置。 - 回り止め手段で上記ハウジングと上記支持部材が回り止めされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車高調整装置。
- 上記ハウジングは、有底筒状に形成されて、上記ガイド筒の外周に液密に取り付けられる環状の底部と、上記底部の懸架ばね側面に起立して上記ガイド筒との間に上記ジャッキ室が形成される筒状の筒状部とを備えるとともに、上記底部の外周部が上記筒状部から外側に張り出しており、
上記補助ばねが上記筒状部の外周で、上記底部の外周部と上記可動ばね受けとの間に介装されていることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5の何れか一項に記載の車高調整装置。 - 上記請求項4または請求項5を引用する請求項6に記載の車高調整装置の組み付け方法であって、
上記ガイド筒の外周に上記可動ばね受け、上記補助ばね、上記ストッパ部材、上記ハウジング及び上記ジャッキピストンを取り付けてジャッキ組み立て体を構成した後、上記ガイド筒の内側に上記外筒を挿入し、上記懸架ばねの一方側端を上記可動ばね受けに支持させて、上記ジャッキ組み立て体を上記懸架ばねで上記支持部材に押し付けて上記外筒に固定することを特徴とする車高調整装置の組み付け方法。
