Description
Claims (15)
- 車両用の路面結合システムであって、ホイール(1)と、前記車両に連結された支持体(10)に対するホイールキャリヤの摺動サスペンションとを有し、前記サスペンションは、前記ホイールキャリヤに固定された実質的に垂直のピラー(8)を有し、前記支持体(10)に対する前記ホイールキャリヤのサスペンションの自由度は、前記支持体に連結された案内手段(11)内における前記ピラーの運動によって許容され、前記路面結合システムは、前記ホイール内に設けられた第1の回転電気機械(15)によって前記ホイールを駆動する手段を更に有し、前記第1の回転電気機械は、逆転可能な減速手段によって前記ホイールを駆動し、前記減速手段は、前記ホイールに固定されたリングギヤ(16)及び前記第1の回転電気機械に連結されていて、前記第1の回転電気機械の回転速度と前記ホイールの回転速度の減速比を定める駆動ピニオン(17)を有し、前記減速比は、10よりも大きく、前記路面結合システムは、機械式常用ブレーキを装備していない、路面結合システム。
- 前記減速比は、15よりも大きい、請求項1記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記減速手段は、2つの減速段を有する、請求項1又は2記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記減速手段は、一方において前記駆動ピニオン(17)と協働し、他方において前記ホイールに固定された前記リングギヤ(16)と協働する減速歯車装置(13)を含む、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記減速歯車装置(13)は、2つの同軸且つ一体形の歯車(131,132)を含み、前記2つの歯車の歯は、斜歯(はすば)であり、同一方向に差し向けられている、請求項4記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記第1の回転電気機械(15)の回転軸線は、前記ホイールの軸線(5)に平行であることを請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記駆動ピニオン(17)は、斜歯(はすば)を有し、前記第1の回転電気機械のシャフトとは独立して前記ホイールの前記軸線に対して案内される、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記ホイール(2)及び前記リングギヤ(16)を含む回転組立体の案内は、前記ホイールキャリヤ(7)の雄型部分の周りに配置された一対の転がり軸受(6)によって行われる、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記サスペンションの運動を制御する第2の回転電気機械(12)を更に有し、前記第2の回転電気機械は、前記案内手段(11)に固定されており、サスペンションピニオン(21)が、前記第2の回転電気機械によって駆動され、前記サスペンションピニオンは、前記ピラー(8)に固定されたラック(20)と協働する、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記ピラーの軸線(9)は、実質的に前記ホイールの中央平面内に位置し、前記ホイール(5)の前記回転軸線と交差する、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の路面結合システム。
- ピボット軸線回りの前記ホイールの舵取りを可能にするために前記支持体(10)に対する前記案内手段(11)の枢動連結部(23)を更に有する、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の路面結合システム。
- 前記ピボット軸線は、前記ピラーの前記軸線(9)に実質的に一致する、請求項11記載の路面結合システム。
- 請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の路面結合システムを有し、更に、制動中、前記第1の電気機械によって生じる電気エネルギーを吸収することができる電気エネルギーの吸収手段(40)を更に有する、車両。
- 前記吸収手段は、熱伝達液(322)の浴中に浸漬された電気抵抗器(321)を有する、請求項13記載の車両。
- 前記吸収手段は、制動中、前記第1の電気機械によって生じた電気エネルギーの一部分を貯蔵することができる電気エネルギー貯蔵手段(31)を有する、請求項13又は14記載の車両。
