Description
Claims (12)
- 電気自動車用の電動ハブ(1)であって、前記電動ハブは、ホイール(2)を受け入れるようになったハブ(7)を含み、前記ハブは、ハブキャリヤ(5)に対してハブ軸線(M)回りに回転するよう取り付けられ、前記電動ハブは、電気トラクションユニット(3)を有し、前記電気トラクションユニットは、前記ハブキャリヤに連結された外側固定子(32)と、回転軸線(R)が前記ハブ軸線から距離を置いたところに位置する内側回転子(31)とを有し、前記電動ハブは、前記電気トラクションユニットの前記回転子のシャフト(33)と前記ハブとの間で働く減速手段(4)を有し、前記電動ハブ(1)は、乾式摩擦制動手段を有し、周囲空気によって冷却される制動ロータ(12)がブレーキシャフト(73)を介して回転的に前記ハブに固定されており、前記制動ロータは、前記ハブに関して前記電気自動車の軸方向内側に位置決めされ、前記電気トラクションユニットの前記回転子の前記シャフトは、前記制動ロータの半径方向外側に位置決めされると共に前記電気自動車の内側に向かって前記減速手段から軸方向に延びており、前記減速手段は、前記電気トラクションユニットの前記回転子に連結された駆動小歯車(42)及び前記ハブに連結された輪歯車(45)を含み、ブレーキシャフト(73)が前記制動ロータを前記ハブに連結するよう前記ハブキャリヤを貫通して延びており、前記ブレーキシャフトは、前記減速手段とは別個独立である、電動ハブ(1)において、前記減速手段は、2つの減速段を有し、前記ハブは、前記ハブが前記ハブキャリヤのスタブアクスル(51)周りに位置決めされた転がり接触ハブ軸受(71)を介して回転することができるよう取り付けられており、前記ブレーキシャフトは、前記スタブアクスルの空所(52)を軸方向に貫通して延びている、電動ハブ(1)。
- 第1の減速段は、前記駆動小歯車(42)と中間シャフト(41)に連結された大歯車(43)との噛み合いから成り、第2の減速段が前記中間シャフト(41)に固定された減速小歯車(44)と前記ハブ(7)に連結された前記輪歯車(45)の噛み合わせから成る、請求項1記載の電動ハブ(1)。
- 前記中間シャフトの軸線(I)及び前記回転子の軸線(R)は、前記ハブの軸線(M)に平行である、請求項2記載の電動ハブ(1)。
- 前記制動ロータは、ディスク(12)であり、ブレーキキャリパ(11)が前記ハブキャリヤ(5)に固定されている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の電動ハブ。
- 前記スタブアクスルを貫通して延びる前記ブレーキシャフトは又、軸受(55)によって前記ハブキャリヤに対して案内される、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の電動ハブ(1)。
- ケーシング(8)が前記減速手段(4)を収納すると共に前記電気トラクションユニット(3)を支持している、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の電動ハブ(1)。
- 前記制動ロータ(12)は、前記電気トラクションユニットの前記固定子の半径方向最も内側の部分から半径方向に延び出ており、前記制動ロータは、前記電気トラクションユニットの前記固定子と前記減速手段との間で軸方向に位置決めされている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の電動ハブ。
- 電動ホイール(1,2)であって、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の電動ハブ(1)を有する、電動ホイール(1,2)。
- 一体のホイール(2)を有する請求項8記載の電動ホイール。
- 車両であって、請求項8又は請求項9記載の電動ホイールを少なくとも2つ有する、車両。
- 2つの電動ホイールは、前記車両のリヤアクスルに取り付けられている、請求項10記載の車両。
- 前記2つの電動ホイールの前記ハブキャリヤ(5)は、各々、前記車両のリヤねじりアクスル又はトレーリングアームアクスルのアーム(10)に固定されている、請求項11記載の車両。
