Description
−その表面の少なくとも1つがZn又はZn合金から形成された金属保護層で被覆されている鋼基層を含む鋼板製品の準備、
−鋼板製品の金属保護層へのコーティング液の塗布による鋼板製品へのカバー層の塗布(ここで、コーティング液は、(wt%で)5〜50%の卑金属の酸化物、窒化物、硫化物、炭化物、水和物又はリン酸塩化合物、1〜20%のバインダー及び残余の溶媒から成る)
−カバー層の厚さの設定、及び
−カバー層の乾燥
を具備する。
<実験1>
例えば名称「22MnB5」で知られ、スチール・コーデックス2004に材料番号1.5528で掲載されている鋼から成る1.5mm厚の冷間圧延及び再結晶焼きなましされた鋼ストリップからホットプレス部品を製造するため、鋼ストリップをインライン洗浄処理に供した。該洗浄処理は、ブラシを用いる噴霧洗浄を伴うアルカリ洗浄浴、電解脱脂、再びブラシを用いて行なわれる浄水すすぎ、塩酸による酸洗い及びさらなる水すすぎを含むことができる。
第2実験では、鋼材料22MnB5から成り、溶融めっき及びその後のガルバニーリングによって通常の方法で10μm厚のZnFe保護層で被覆された鋼ストリップからプレートを切断した。
溶融めっきと、それに続く熱処理によってガルバニーリングプロセスで10μm厚のZnFe保護コーティングが与えられた22MnB5鋼の鋼ストリップに、時と場所の点では、保護コーティングを塗布するために用いたガルバニーリングコーティングプラントからの出口における溶融めっきプロセスの直後に、60℃の鋼ストリップ温度でコーティング液を噴霧することによってカバー層を与えた。本発明に従うコーティング液は、窒化ホウ素の形態で15wt%の半金属の窒化物と、カバー層を鋼ストリップの金属ZnFe保護コーティングに結合するための無機バインダーとしてさらなる5wt%のケイ酸塩化合物(Na2O−SiO2、K2O−SiO2)と、残余の水とを含有した。
10μm厚のZnNi防食コーティングで電解被覆された22MnB5鋼のシート鋼プレートに保護コーティングの製造とは時と場所の点では別のプロセスで、鋼板製品のホットプレスに必要な890℃まで加熱する直前にコーティング液で噴霧することによってカバー層を与えた。この場合のコーティング液は、本発明の通りに、硫化亜鉛の形態で25wt%の卑金属の硫化物と、金属保護コーティングにカバー層を結合するためのバインダーとしてさらなる2%のシラザンと、残余の高揮発性鉱油とを含有した。
22MnB5鋼から成り、10μm厚のガルバニーリングされたZnFe保護層で電解被覆され、引き続き熱処理された1.5mm厚の鋼シートをコーティング液に120℃のシート温度で浸漬することによって鋼シートにカバー層を与えた。
22MnB5鋼から成るシート鋼プレートを溶融めっきによって10μm厚のZnNi防食コーティングで被覆した。次に20℃の温度及び保護コーティングを有するシート鋼プレートに本発明の通りに単斜晶系タルクの形態で15wt%の卑金属の水和物を含むコーティング液を噴霧することによってカバー層を塗布した。
28Mn5B鋼から成り、10μm厚のZnMg防食コーティングで電解被覆されたシート鋼プレートに、時と場所の点では別のプロセスで、ZnMg保護コーティングの製造直後に、コーティング液で噴霧することによってカバー層を与えた。
Claims (20)
- ホットプレスによって部品に成形するために提供され、かつその上に腐食から保護するためにZn又はZn合金で形成される金属保護コーティングが塗布されている鋼から成る基層を有する鋼板製品において、前記鋼板製品の自由表面の少なくとも1つに、卑金属の酸化物、窒化物、硫化物、炭化物、水和物又はリン酸塩化合物を含む個別のカバー層が塗布されていることを特徴とする鋼板製品。
- 前記化合物の金属がアルカリ土類金属の群に属することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記化合物の金属がアルカリ金属の群に属することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記化合物の金属が半金属の群に属することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記金属が遷移金属の群に属することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記化合物の金属が群「Na、K、Mg、Ca、B、Al、Si、Sn、Ti、Cr、Mn、Zn」に属することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記カバー層に存在する前記化合物が粒子の形態で存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記化合物粒子の平均直径が0.1〜3μmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記カバー層が20〜98wt%の前記化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記カバー層が0.1〜5μmの厚さであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板製品。
- 前記鋼板製品が0.3〜3wt%のマンガンを含む鋼材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板製品。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従って構成された鋼板製品の製造方法であって、下記作業工程:
−Zn又はZn合金から形成された金属保護層を有する鋼板製品の準備、
−前記鋼板製品の前記金属保護層への、5〜50wt%の卑金属の酸化物、窒化物、硫化物、炭化物、水和物又はリン酸塩化合物と、1〜20wt%のバインダーと、残余の溶媒とから成るコーティング液の塗布による前記鋼板製品へのカバー層の塗布、
−前記カバー層の厚さの設定、及び
−前記カバー層の乾燥
を具備する方法。 - 前記コーティング液が5〜35wt%の前記化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が水であることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング液の塗布中の温度が20〜90℃であることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング液の塗布中の前記鋼板製品の温度が5〜150℃であることを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記カバー層を100〜300℃で乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記カバー層を5〜180秒以内で乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項12〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ホットプレス部品の製造方法であって、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従って構成された鋼板製品からプレートを切断し、このプレートを700℃より高い成形温度に加熱し、このプレートを成形工具内で部品に成形する方法。
- 前記成形部品を前記成形温度から加速様式で冷却して、前記部品内に硬化構造を作り出すことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
