Description
Claims (26)
- 金属シート(1)の両面(5)をコーティングする金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)の油の分散を改善する方法であって、該金属コーティングは、亜鉛、0.1から20重量%のアルミニウムおよび0.1から10重量%のマグネシウムを含み、該方法は、
少なくとも以下の工程:
−2つの面(5)を有する鋼基板(3)を用意する工程、
−基板(3)を浴に浸すことにより、それぞれの面(5)に金属コーティング(7)を付着させる工程、
−金属コーティング(7)を冷却する工程、
−金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に、1から4のpHを有する酸性溶液を塗布することにより、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に形成される酸化マグネシウムまたは水酸化マグネシウム層を改質させる工程、
−金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に油の層を付着させる工程
を含む方法。 - 金属コーティング(7)が0.3から10重量%のマグネシウムを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が0.3から4重量%のマグネシウムを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が0.5から11重量%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が0.7から6重量%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が1から6重量%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)におけるマグネシウムのアルミニウムに対する重量比が、厳密に1以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)におけるマグネシウムのアルミニウムに対する重量比が、厳密に1未満である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)におけるマグネシウムのアルミニウムに対する重量比が、厳密に0.9未満である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)にアルカリ性溶液を塗布することによる、脱脂工程をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に表面処理溶液を塗布することによる、表面処理工程をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 表面処理溶液が、酸性変換溶液であり、酸性溶液の塗布が変換層を形成する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 表面処理溶液が、ヘキサフルオロチタン酸およびヘキサフルオロジルコン酸から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 0.2秒から30秒の時間の間、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に酸性溶液が塗布される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 0.2秒から15秒の時間の間、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に酸性溶液が塗布される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 0.5秒から15秒の時間中に、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に酸性溶液が塗布される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 溶液が1から3.5のpHを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液が1から3のpHを有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液が、1から2のpHを有する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液が、塩酸、硫酸およびリン酸から選択される少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 当該酸性溶液の塗布が、表面処理も行う、請求項12から20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 酸性表面処理溶液が、酸性変換溶液であり、酸性変換溶液の塗布が、変換層を形成する、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液を塗布する前、または酸性溶液が外面(15)に存在するときに、機械力が金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に加えられる、請求項12から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属シート(1)を、ローラーレベラーに通すことにより、機械力が加えられる、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 改質工程が、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に、ローラーレベラー、ブラッシング装置またはショットブラスト装置を使用して、機械力を加える工程を含む、請求項1から24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 改質工程が、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に機械力を加えて、酸化マグネシウムまたは水酸化マグネシウムの層にひびを入れることを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
