Claims (40)
- LED灯バルブシェルと、排気管及び支えを有する芯柱と、少なくとも1つの4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップと、駆動器と、電気コネクタとを含むLED電球であって、
前記LED灯バルブシェルが芯柱と真空密封されて真空密封チャンバーを形成し、前記真空密封チャンバー内には粘性係数の低い高熱伝導率の気体が充填され、前記支え及び当該支え上に固定される前記LED発光ストリップが前記真空密封チャンバー内に収容され、前記LED発光ストリップが前記駆動器、前記電気コネクタにこの順に電気接続され、前記電気コネクタが外部電源に電気接続してLED発光ストリップを点灯するLED電球。 - 前記LED灯バルブシェルは光透過性を有するとともに、直接又は接続子を介して前記電気コネクタに接続される、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記芯柱の前記支えは、電気引出線と、支柱と、前記LED発光ストリップを固定するための金属ワイヤとを含み、前記LED発光ストリップの両端の電極が前記電気引出線を介して、前記真空密封チャンバー外の前記駆動器、前記電気コネクタにこの順に電気接続される、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記粘性係数の低い高熱伝導率の気体には、ヘリウムガス、水素ガス、又はヘリウムガスと水素ガスとの混合ガスが含まれ、且つ前記粘性係数の低い高熱伝導率の気体の気圧が室温下において50〜1520Torrである、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記少なくとも1つのLED発光ストリップは、それぞれに少なくとも一連の、同じPN接合方向で直列接続されたLEDチップを有し、前記LEDチップが十分な数を有することで、前記LED発光ストリップの直列接続又は直並列接続後の総駆動電圧が外部駆動電圧に近くなる、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記総駆動電圧は交流電ピーク値又はDC電源電圧の20%〜100%である、請求項5に記載のLED電球。
- 前記LED発光ストリップは少なくとも2つがあり、且つ両方向AC動作となるように接続されており、そのうち、少なくとも1つのLED発光ストリップが正方向に導通されるとともに、少なくとも1つの他のLED発光ストリップが逆方向に導通されており、交流電の正逆方向が順に交替されることによって、前記LED発光ストリップを交替に導通し発光させる、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記少なくとも1つのLED発光ストリップは一方向DC動作となるように接続される、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記LED発光ストリップは相互に直列又は直並列接続され、発光ストリップの配列方式がV形、W形、柱形、錐形又は平面形式である、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記1つのLED発光ストリップからの発光が他の1つのLED発光ストリップによって遮蔽され、LED灯バルブシェル上に影が残ることを避けるために、各LED発光ストリップのうちの任意の2つが同一平面上に存在しないように、前記LED発光ストリップの各LED発光ストリップは相互に交差して配列される、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記LED発光ストリップのそれぞれは、相互に交差しており、ダミの多面柱体または多面錐台体の各面の対角線上に配置される、請求項1又は10に記載のLED電球。
- 前記LED灯バルブシェルは透明、乳白、つや消し、又は有色のバルブシェルであり、或いは、その一部に反射層を有する、又はその一部に一連の小プリズム、小レンズを有するバルブシェルであり、前記LED灯バルブシェルの形状はA−型、G−型、R−型、PAR−型、T−型、燭型、P型、PS型、BR型、ER型、及びBRL型のうちのいずれかである、請求項1に記載のLED電球。

- 前記透明基板の両端に設けられたLEDチップの電極引出装置をさらに含む、請求項15に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップが透明接着剤によって互いに独立に前記透明基板上に固定され、前記LED発光ストリップの透明基板が軟質ガラス、硬質ガラス、石英ガラス、透明セラミック又はプラスチックで製造される、請求項15に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 電極引出装置を前記透明基板の両端に固定する固定装置をさらに備え、前記固定装置が高温接着剤、プラスチック、銀ペースト、又は低融点ガラスによって製造される、請求項16に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップが同じ又は異なる発光色を有するLEDチップである、請求項15に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップは、青光又は紫外光LEDチップ、赤青緑三原色LEDチップ、又は多原色LEDチップである、請求項15に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップの一部が青光LEDチップであり、他の一部が赤色LEDチップである、請求項15に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップと前記LEDチップを取り付ける透明基板との周りに設けられた発光粉層をさらに含む、請求項20又は21に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記透明基板におけるLEDチップを取り付けた表面と前記LEDチップとに設けられた第1の透明媒体層をさらに含む、請求項20又は21に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記透明媒体層と前記LEDチップを取り付ける透明基板との周りに設けられた発光粉層をさらに含む、請求項23に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記第1の透明媒体層と前記LEDチップを取り付ける透明基板との周りに順に設けられた別の透明媒体層及び発光粉層をさらに含む、請求項23に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップとLEDチップを取り付けた透明基板との周りに順に設けられた透明媒体層及び発光粉層をさらに含む、請求項20又は21に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップと前記LEDチップを取り付ける透明基板との周りに順に設けられた発光粉層及び透明媒体層をさらに含む、請求項20又は21に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記発光粉層は発光粉と透明媒体を混合して製造され、前記透明媒体がシリカゲル、エポキシ樹脂、プラスチック、透明接着剤、透明漆、及び重合体のうちのいずれか又はその組合せを含む、請求項22〜27のいずれか1項に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップと透明基板との最外面は透明管によって包被される、請求項15に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記透明管の内壁又は外壁上には発光粉層が設けられている、請求項29に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記透明管はガラス、プラスチック又はシリカゲルである、請求項29に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップと透明基板との最外面は透明発光粉管によって包被される、請求項15に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記透明管と前記LEDチップ及び透明基板との間には、高光透過率、高熱伝導率、高屈折率を持つ媒体をさらに含まれ、前記高光透過率、高熱伝導率、高屈折率を持つ媒体は透明シリカゲル、エポキシ樹脂又はプラスチックを含む、請求項29に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記LEDチップは高圧LEDチップであり、各高圧LEDチップが直列接続されたLED PN接合を少なくとも2つ含む、請求項22又は23に記載のLED発光ストリップ。
- 透明基板と、前記透明基板上における少なくとも一連の、同じPN接合方向で直列接続されたLEDチップとを含む4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップであって、前記LEDチップが透明のチップ基板を有し、前記LEDチップの電極が、透明基板の両端に設けられたLEDチップの電極引出装置によって引き出され、前記透明基板が軟質ガラス、硬質ガラス、石英ガラス、透明セラミック又はプラスチックで製造される、4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップ。
- 透明基板と、前記透明基板上における少なくとも一連の、同じPN接合方向で直列接続されたLEDチップとを含む4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップであって、前記LEDチップが透明のチップ基板を有し、前記LEDチップの電極が、透明基板の両端に設けられたLEDチップの電極引出装置によって引き出され、前記LEDチップの一部が青光LEDチップであると共に他の一部が赤色LEDチップであり、前記LEDチップからの一部の青光を黄光に変換させるように、前記LEDチップと前記LEDチップを取り付ける透明基板との周りには発光粉層が設けられ、他の一部の青光を前記黄光及び赤光と混合させて、白光、高演色指数白光、又は他の色の光となる、4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップ。
- 透明基板と、前記透明基板上における少なくとも一連の、同じPN接合方向で直列接続されたLEDチップとを含む4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップであって、前記LEDチップが透明のチップ基板を有し、前記LEDチップの電極が、透明基板の両端に設けられたLEDチップの電極引出装置によって引き出され、前記LEDチップと透明基板の最外面が透明管又は透明発光粉管によって包被される、4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップ。
- 前記透明管の内壁又は外壁上には発光粉層が設けられている、請求項37に記載の4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップ。
- 透明基板と、前記透明基板上における少なくとも一連の、同じPN接合方向で直列接続されたLEDチップとを含む4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップであって、前記LEDチップが透明のチップ基板を有し、前記LEDチップの電極が、透明基板の両端に設けられたLEDチップの電極引出装置によって引き出され、LEDチップのチップ基板が透明の高圧LEDチップであり、前記各高圧LEDチップが直列接続されたLED PN接合を少なくとも2つ含む、4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップ。
- 各LED PN接合の間に少なくとも1つの電気接続線が設けられ、各高圧LEDチップの両端のそれぞれには溶接ワイヤボンディング用の金属電極を少なくとも1つ設けられ、各高圧LEDチップの間、及び高圧LEDチップと高圧LED発光ストリップの電気引出線との間には、少なくとも1つの電気接続線が設けられる、請求項39に記載の4π出光のLEDチップ付きLED発光ストリップ。
