Claims (13)
- 色調整可能及び/又は色温度調整可能な発光ダイオード、つまりLEDの、フィラメントであって、前記LEDフィラメントは、
細長い支持体であって、第1主表面と前記第1主表面の反対側に配置された第2主表面とを備える、細長い支持体と、
前記細長い支持体の前記第1の表面上に少なくとも1つの線形アレイで配置された複数のLEDであって、異なる色及び/又は異なる色温度のLEDを含む、複数のLEDと、
前記第1主表面上の前記複数のLEDを覆い、更に前記第1主表面を少なくとも部分的に覆う、第1の細長い透明又は実質的に透明な層と、
前記第1の透明又は実質的に透明な層を少なくとも部分的に覆うように構成された第1の細長い光散乱層と、を備え、
前記細長い支持体の前記第2主表面は、第2の細長い光散乱層によって少なくとも部分的に覆われ、
前記第1の細長い光散乱層は、前記第2の細長い光散乱層よりも高い反射率を有する、LEDフィラメント。 - 前記細長い支持体の前記第2主表面は、第2の細長い透明又は実質的に透明な層により少なくとも部分的に覆われ、前記第2の細長い透明又は実質的に透明な層は厚さを有し、前記第2の細長い透明又は実質的に透明な層を少なくとも部分的に覆うように、第2の細長い光散乱層が構成されている、請求項1に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記細長い支持体は半透明、好ましくは透明である、請求項1又は2に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記複数のLEDの光出力表面と前記第1の細長い光散乱層との間の最大距離が、0.5~5mmの範囲、好ましくは0.8~4mmの範囲、より好ましくは1~3mmの範囲にある、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記複数のLEDは、緑色LED、赤色LED、及び青色LEDを含み、前記複数のLEDは、平行な個別にアドレス可能な3つの線形アレイで配置され、3つの平行な前記線形アレイのうちの1つは、前記緑色LEDを含み、3つの平行な前記線形アレイのうちの別の1つは、前記赤色LEDを含み、3つの平行な前記線形アレイのうちの3番目は、前記青色LEDを含む、
又は、
前記複数のLEDは、単一の線形アレイで交互に配置された緑色LED、赤色LED、及び青色LEDを含み、前記緑色LEDは、緑色チャネルを提供し、前記赤色LEDは、赤色チャネルを提供し、前記青色LEDは、青色チャネルを提供し、前記緑色チャネル、前記赤色チャネル、及び前記青色チャネルは、個別にアドレス可能である、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。 - 前記複数のLEDは、単一の線形アレイで交互に配置された冷白色LED及び温白色LEDを含み、前記冷白色LEDは、冷白色チャネルを提供し、前記温白色LEDは、温白色チャネルを提供し、前記冷白色チャネル及び前記温白色チャネルは個別にアドレス可能である、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1の細長い光散乱層は、30%~90%の範囲、好ましくは50%~90%の範囲、より好ましくは60%~90%の範囲の反射率を有する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1の細長い光散乱層は、反射率の角度方向勾配を有し、前記反射率は、前記細長い支持体の前記第1主表面に実質的に平行な前記第1の細長い光散乱層の一部分において最大になっている、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第2の細長い光散乱層は、8%~35%の範囲、好ましくは10%~32%の範囲、より好ましくは12~30%の範囲の反射率を有する、請求項2又は3に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1の細長い光散乱層及び前記第2の細長い光散乱層は、単一の全包囲型の光散乱層を形成する、請求項1又は2に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記最大距離は、前記第2の細長い透明又は実質的に透明な層の前記厚さよりも大きい、請求項2及び4に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記細長い支持体の前記第1主表面から前記第1の細長い光散乱層の外側表面までの最大垂直距離が、前記細長い支持体の前記第2主表面から前記第2の細長い光散乱層の外側表面までの最大垂直距離の少なくとも1.5倍である、請求項1又は2に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- レトロフィット電球であって、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントと、前記LEDフィラメントを少なくとも部分的に取り囲む透過性外囲器と、前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントに電気的に接続されたコントローラと、前記電球をソケットに電気的かつ機械的に接続するためのコネクタとを備える、レトロフィット電球。
