Claims (15)
- 細長い基材と、
第1の相関色温度(CCT)を有する光を放出するように構成され、前記基材上の少なくとも1つの列に沿って配置された、第1のLEDタイプの複数の第1のLEDを前記基板上の前記列に垂直な方向において排他的に備える第1の領域と、
前記第1のCCTとは異なる第2のCCTを有する光を放出するように構成され、前記基材上の少なくとも1つの列に沿って配置された、第2のLEDタイプの複数の第2のLEDを排他的に備える第2の領域と、
前記基材上の前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域との間に配置された第3の領域であって、前記第1のLEDタイプの少なくとも1つの第1のLEDと、前記第2のLEDタイプの少なくとも1つの第2のLEDとを備える第3の領域と、を備え、前記第3の領域の前記少なくとも1つの第1のLEDのうちの第1のLEDが、前記第2の領域の第2のLEDの隣に位置し、前記第3の領域の前記少なくとも1つの第2のLEDのうちの第2のLEDが、前記第1の領域の第1のLEDの隣に位置し、それにより、前記第1の領域内の前記第1のCCTと前記第2の領域内の前記第2のCCTとの間の遷移が漸進的な形で生じる、発光ダイオード(LED)フィラメント。 - 前記第1の領域の第1の長さ及び前記第2の領域の第2の長さが、前記第1の長さと前記第2の長さとの比率が0.9~1.1の範囲になるように関連している、請求項1に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1の領域の第1の長さ及び前記第2の領域の第2の長さが、前記第1の長さと前記第2の長さとの比率が1.2よりも大きくなるように関連している、請求項1に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1の領域の第1の長さ及び前記第2の領域の第2の長さが、前記第2の長さと前記第1の長さとの比率が1.2よりも大きくなるように関連している、請求項1に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第3の領域の第3の長さが、前記第1の領域の第1の長さの半分未満の長さであり、及び/又は、前記第3の長さが、前記第2の領域の第2の長さの半分未満の長さである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1のCCTは前記第2のCCTよりも高い、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1のCCTは2500Kよりも高い、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第2のCCTは2400K未満である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1の領域の前記第1のLED、前記第2の領域の前記第2のLED、及び前記第3の領域の前記第1のLEDと前記第2のLEDは、前記基材上の単一の列に沿って整列されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第3の領域が、単一の列に沿って配置された2つ以上の第1のLEDと2つ以上の第2のLEDとを備え、LEDの1つおきが第1のLEDである、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第3の領域は、前記第1の領域の前記第1のLEDと前記第2の領域の前記第2のLEDとの間に傾斜遷移を形成するように配置された、2つ以上の第1のLEDと2つ以上の第2のLEDとを備える、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 前記第1の領域の前記第1のLED、前記第2の領域の前記第2のLED、及び前記第3の領域の前記第1のLEDと前記第2のLEDは、前記基材上の2つの別々の列に沿って配置されており、
第1の列が、前記第1の領域の前記第1のLEDのうちのいくつか、前記第3の領域の前記第1のLED、及び前記第2の領域の前記第2のLEDのうちのいくつかを含み、
第2の列が、前記第1の領域の前記第1のLEDのうちのいくつか、前記第3の領域の前記第2のLED、及び前記第2の領域の前記第2のLEDのうちのいくつかを含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。 - 前記第3の領域の隣に位置する、前記第1の領域の第1の部分における、2つの連続するLED間の距離が、前記第1の部分とは反対側の、前記第1の領域の部分における、2つの連続するLED間の距離よりも短い、及び/又は、前記第3の領域の隣に位置する、前記第2の領域の第2の部分における、2つの連続するLED間の距離が、前記第2の部分とは反対側の、前記第2の領域の部分における、2つの連続するLED間の距離よりも短い、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のLEDフィラメント。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントと、
前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントを少なくとも部分的に包囲する少なくとも部分的に光透過性の外囲器と、
前記外囲器が上に取り付けられている口金と、
前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントの、前記第1の領域の前記第1のLEDへの、及び前記第3の領域の前記少なくとも1つの第1のLEDへの電力供給と、前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントの、前記第2の領域の前記第2のLED、及び前記第3の領域の前記少なくとも1つの第2のLEDへの電力供給と、を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、を備える、照明デバイス。 - 請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの第1のLEDフィラメントと、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの第2のLEDフィラメントと、を更に備え、前記少なくとも1つの第1のLEDフィラメントと前記少なくとも1つの第2のLEDフィラメントとが、互いに実質的に平行に、かつ異なる方向に構成されている、請求項14に記載の照明デバイス。
