LED灯丝灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明灯具,特别是一种LED灯丝灯。
背景技术
LED灯丝灯是以LED灯丝作为光源的一种LED照明装置,通常包括了透明的灯泡壳,LED灯丝设于该灯泡壳中,并在灯泡壳中充入气体,最后实现LED照明。LED灯丝也可称作LED发光条,LED灯丝灯也可以称作LED灯泡、球泡灯等。LED灯丝灯由于能够实现360度发光,并且具有光照利用率高的优点。因此越来越受消费者的青睐,也将成为重要的发展方向。如授权公告日为2014年11月12日,中国专利申请号201420674092.7,名称为《LED灯丝灯与灯泡》的实用新型,其包括灯头结构以及设于所述灯头结构内的电路板,所述灯头结构包括灯头外壳、以及设于所述灯头外壳内侧表面的支座,所述支座上设有装配件,所述电路板上设有与所述装配件位置匹配的装配孔。这种结构的LED灯丝灯,能够实现将电路板固定在灯头上,但其仍然存在电路板与灯头的电连接需要焊接的问题,同时这种固定仍可能存在电路板与灯头接触造成短路的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单的LED灯丝灯。
一种LED灯丝灯,包括泡壳和LED灯丝组件,该LED灯丝组件固定在该泡壳内,还包括驱动板、灯头壳和内衬,该内衬为绝缘材料制成的壳体结构,该内衬设置在该灯头壳之内,该驱动板至少部分设置在该内衬之内使得该驱动板与该灯头壳彼此分隔设置,该LED灯丝组件与该驱动板形成电连接,该驱动板与该灯头壳形成电连接。
与现有技术相比,LED灯丝灯通过设置绝缘材料制成的内衬,且内衬设置在该灯头壳之内,该驱动板至少部分设置在该内衬之内使得该驱动板与该灯头壳彼此分隔设置。因此,能够有效的避免驱动板与灯头相接触造成短路的问题,同时具有组装便捷、结构简单的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明第一实施例的LED灯丝灯100,请参考图1至图3。
请参考图1和图2,该LED灯丝灯100,包括泡壳10和LED灯丝组件30,该LED灯丝组件30固定在该泡壳10内,还包括驱动板40、灯头壳20和内衬50,该内衬50为绝缘材料制成的壳体结构,该内衬50设置在该灯头壳20之内,该驱动板40至少部分设置在该内衬50之内使得该驱动板40与该灯头壳20彼此分隔设置,该LED灯丝组件30与该驱动板40形成电连接,该驱动板40与该灯头壳20形成电连接。
请参考图1、图2和图3,该灯头壳20上设有第一电极端21、第二电极端23与绝缘件22。在本实施例中,该灯头壳20为标准的E27螺口灯头结构。该第一电极端21为带有螺纹槽的环形侧壁,该第二电极端23为金属眼片,该绝缘件22为环形结构。该第一电极端21的上部和下部均设有开口,该第二电极端23通过该绝缘件22连接在该第一电极端21上。该驱动板40上设置有第一电极41和第二电极42,该内衬50上设有通孔53,该驱动板40的第一电极41与该第二电极42分别穿过该通孔53与该灯头壳20的第一电极端21、第二电极端23电连接。
其中,该内衬50固定在该第一电极端21内,该第一电极41为导线结构,该第一电极41弯折设置在该内衬50与该灯头壳20侧壁之间,该第一电极41与该第一电极端21形成电连接。该第二电极42也为导线结构,其被压抵固定在该第二电极端23与该绝缘件22之间。
请参考图1、图2和图3,该内衬50由可变形材料制成,该内衬50的外侧壁设有凸环51,该内衬50通过该凸环51固定在该第一电极端21之内,该第一电极41设置在该凸环51与该第一电极端21之间。该内衬50侧壁上设有挂线槽52,该挂线槽52与该通孔53连通,该第一电极41穿过该挂线槽52。
其中,该第一电极41端21上设有螺旋形凹槽,该内衬50的外侧壁上间隔设有两个凸环51,该两个凸环51的间距对应该螺旋形凹槽的槽间距设置。
请参考图1和图2,所述的泡壳10为透明或半透明玻璃泡壳10,该泡壳10设置在灯头壳20上,该泡壳10与该灯头壳20通过焊泥粉进行固定。
LED灯丝组件30包括芯柱32及LED灯丝31,该LED灯丝31包括LED芯片及透明基板,该LED芯片封装在该透明基板。该芯柱32朝向该驱动板40凸伸设有连接柱,该驱动板40上设有连接部,该连接部夹持固定在该连接柱的底端。
该泡壳10与该LED灯丝组件30组成密闭腔,该密闭腔中充有低分子质量高导热率的气体,该气体用于将该LED灯丝组件30产生的热量传递到该泡壳10上。该气体可以是氦气,氢气,氧气,二氧化碳以及氖气、氩气等所有的惰性气体。还可以是醚类、甲烷、氨气等气体。
由于内衬50采用绝缘材料制成,因此被内衬50分隔设置的驱动板40与灯头壳20能够避免因接触而产生短路的问题。这就使得该LED灯丝灯100能够抵抗在运输、安装过程中的可能遇到的较大振动,避免驱动板40意外接触灯头壳20的。由于内衬50壁上设有挂线槽52,使得第一电极41能够被该挂线槽52的固定,避免第一电极41沿着内衬50外周缘窜动,影响电连接。由于泡壳10与LED灯丝组件30形成密闭腔,且在密闭腔内填充导热气体,使得LED灯丝灯100具有散热效果好的优点。由于该泡壳10与该灯头壳20通过焊泥粉进行固定,使得泡壳10能够稳固的固定在灯头壳20上。由于内衬50与灯头壳20为过盈组装关系,因此将内衬50扣装到灯头壳20内能够稳固的固定,无需使用其它固定结构。
该LED灯丝灯100在工作时,由于该芯柱32通过连接柱固定在该驱动板40上,使得驱动板40与芯柱32形成固定关系,能够有效确定二者的关系,避免驱动板40的移动导致LED灯丝组件30与该驱动板40的电连接关系被破坏。该连接柱的设置使得整体结构更加稳固。由于第一电极41通过弯折设置在该内衬50与该灯头壳20侧壁之间,且在内衬50外侧壁上设置凸环51用于抵压第一电极41,使第一电极41更好的与灯头壳20侧壁形成电连接,无需导线等工艺,优化结构、便于组装生产。
综上所述,该LED灯丝灯100通过设置内衬50将该驱动板40与该灯头壳20彼此分隔开来,解决了现有技术中驱动板40直接组入灯头壳20内容易造成短路的问题。将驱动板40的第一电极41弯折设置在该内衬50与该灯头壳20侧壁之间,且进一步设置凸环51,使得第一电极41能够稳定的与灯头壳20侧壁形成电连接。同时通过巧妙的设置驱动板40与LED灯丝组件30的电连接以及驱动板40与灯头壳20电连接,使得整灯的电连接结构得到优化,具有整灯结构简单、组装便捷的优点。
可以理解的,该内衬50侧壁上开设挂线槽52,主要是为了使得第一电极41不沿着内衬50外侧壁颤动而影响到电连接。因此,当内衬50与灯头壳20侧壁的配合较紧,能够使得第一电极41被固定,或者使用其他固定方式等。当不影响第一电极41与灯头壳20侧壁的电连接时,也可以不设置挂线槽52,或将挂线槽52设置为其他固定结构。如开设穿孔或设置挂钩等。

2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯丝灯,其特征在于,该灯头壳上设有第一电极端、第二电极端与绝缘件,该第一电极端与该第二电极端通过该绝缘件连接,该驱动板上设置有第一电极和第二电极,该内衬上设有通孔,该驱动板的第一电极与该第二电极分别穿过该通孔与该灯头壳的第一电极端、第二电极端电连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯丝灯,其特征在于,该第一电极端为环形侧壁,该内衬固定在该第一电极端内,该第一电极为导线结构,该第一电极弯折设置在该内衬与该灯头壳侧壁之间,该第一导线与该第一电极端形成电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯丝灯,其特征在于,该内衬由可变形材料制成,该内衬的外侧壁设有凸环,该内衬通过该凸环固定在该第一电极端之内,该第一电极设置在该凸环与该第一电极端之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯丝灯,其特征在于,该第一电极端上设有螺旋形凹槽,该内衬的外侧壁上间隔设有两个凸环,该两个凸环的间距对应该螺旋形凹槽的槽间距设置。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述的内衬侧壁上设有挂线槽,该挂线槽与该通孔连通,该第一电极穿过该挂线槽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述的泡壳为透明或半透明玻璃泡壳,该泡壳设置在灯头壳上,该泡壳与该灯头壳通过焊泥粉进行固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯丝灯,其特征在于,LED灯丝组件包括芯柱及LED灯丝,该LED灯丝包括LED芯片及透明基板,该LED芯片封装在该透明基板。

10.根据权利要求1或7所述的LED灯丝灯,其特征在于,该泡壳与该LED灯丝组件形成密闭腔,该密闭腔中充有低分子质量高导热率的气体,该气体用于将该LED灯丝组件产生的热量传递到该泡壳上。
