Claims (15)
- 危険環境用の照明装置(102)であって、
− 実質的に点状の少なくとも1つの光源(4)と、
− 前記実質的に点状の少なくとも1つの光源用のハウジング構造体であって、前記ハウジング構造体が、少なくとも、前記少なくとも1つの光源、及び基板を環境から完全に密封および絶縁するために、3重バリア保護カプセル封入体(1、3、7)を画定し、前記3重バリア保護カプセル封入体が、外筒、内筒、及び前記内筒の内側に完全に封入されたコア材料要素からなる、ハウジング構造体と、
前記ハウジング構造体内で、前記内筒及び/または前記外筒のそれぞれの端で取外し可能な閉鎖要素と、を備え、
前記外筒(7)が前記環境に対する第1の絶縁バリアを提供し、前記内筒(1)が前記環境に対する第2の絶縁バリアを提供し、前記コア材料要素(3)が前記環境に対する第3の絶縁バリアを提供し、
前記内筒(1)と前記外筒(7)との間に、気体物質(空気など)の間隙が残され、
前記外筒、前記内筒、及び前記コア材料要素が、前記少なくとも1つの光源から前記環境への予め決められた波長での光伝搬を可能にするために、光学的に透過性である、照明装置。 - 前記3重バリア保護カプセル封入体の前記外筒及び前記内筒が、入れ子にされた複数の中空要素(1、3、7)として提供される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外筒が、機能性コーティングを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- いずれかのバリア要素(1、3、7)が、光を制御する光学的に機能性のいくつかの機構を備え、前記機構が表面レリーフ構造体を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記機構が、導光、コリメーション、拡散、着色、散乱および配光機能からなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つの光学的機能を有する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- いずれかのバリア要素(1、3、7)が、ガラス、セラミック、プラスチック、ポリマーおよび実質的にUV抵抗性の材料からなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つの材料を含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記コア材料要素(3)が、エラストマー、シリコーン、アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン、オレフィンベースのエラストマー、およびポリマーからなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つの材料を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コア材料要素が、色調整または光抽出用に構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記取外し可能な閉鎖要素は、前記ハウジング構造体を気密封止するように構成され、前記取外し可能な閉鎖要素は、それぞれ蓋、フラップ(はねぶた)または端部キャップである、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記閉鎖要素が、前記実質的に点状の少なくとも1つの光源に電力を供給する、電気伝導性のいくつかの部分または要素を含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記実質的に点状の少なくとも1つの光源がLED(発光ダイオード)を含む、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記実質的に点状の少なくとも1つの光源が、複数のLEDのLED細長片を含む、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源用の冷却要素を備える、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記外筒に提供された前記機能性コーティングは伝導性コーティングである、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記コア材料要素が、前記実質的に点状の少なくとも1つの光源を支持するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
