Abstract

一种发光面为曲面的LED灯泡。它由灯头、灯上壳、灯下壳、透明罩、交流/直流变换电路和发光板组成。灯头与灯上壳连成一体，交流电由灯头引入，连接到交流/直流变换电路。发光板由柔性PCB和单体LED构成，PCB平放时形状为星形，单体LED排列于中心及星形各支臂。灯下壳外形为旋转曲面，发光板各支臂弯曲包围灯下壳，并固定于其上，交流/直流变换电路输出的直流电压接入已固定好的发光板，灯下壳与发光板一起与灯上壳固定，透明罩罩于发光板外，与灯上壳紧扣成一体，曲面上的单体LED向不同方向发光，照明范围内发光亮度均匀，且照射面积大。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发光面为曲面的LED灯泡，主要用于小面积照明和台灯。
背景技术
目前，市场上所见的LED灯泡的发光面为单体LED在一个平面上排列而成，由于单体LED本身的发光角度较窄，LED簇在平面排列时所发出的光线聚光效果较强，但强光面积相对较小，照射范围内光亮度不均匀。运用于台灯等短距离照明时，强光面积小，中心部份发光强度大，使用时感到刺眼，带来不舒适且影响视力。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有平面发光的LED灯泡使用在台灯等短距离照明时存在的发光亮度不均匀、刺眼及照射面积小等不足，本实用新型提供一种LED灯泡，该灯泡发光均匀、照射面积大，使用舒适。

具体实施方式
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该LED灯泡由灯头、灯上壳、灯下壳、透明罩、交流/直流变换电路和发光板组成。灯头与灯上壳连成一体，交流电由灯头引入，连接到交流/直流变换电路。发光板由柔性PCB和单体LED构成，PCB平放时形状为星形，单体LED排列于中心及星形各支臂。灯下壳外形为旋转曲面，发光板各支臂弯曲包围灯下壳，并固定于其上，此时各单体LED有序地排列于该旋转曲面上，交流/直流变换电路输出的直流电压接入已固定好的发光板，灯下壳与发光板一起与灯上壳固定，透明罩罩于发光板外，与灯上壳紧扣成一体。这样形成一个完整的LED灯泡，曲面上的单体LED向不同方向发光，达到照明范围内发光亮度均匀，且照射面积大的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以使照明范围增大，同时亮度均匀，外形新颖美观，能进行规模生产，结构简单。
在图2所示实施例中，灯头(1)与灯上壳(2)相连，由灯头引出的导线连到交流/直流变换电路板(3)，柔性PCB(5)与LED(6)组成发光板，交流/直流变换电路板(3)输出直流电到发光板，发光板的支臂弯曲插入电路板(3)上的槽中并焊牢，灯下壳(4)夹在中间起支撑作用，这样，交流/直流变换电路板(3)、灯下壳(4)、柔性PCB(5)和LED(6)构成一个模块，该模块与灯上壳(2)用螺丝相连，透明罩(7)通过扣位与灯上壳(2)扣紧。

Claims (1)

1、一种LED灯泡，由灯头、灯上壳、灯下壳、透明罩、交流/直流变换电路和发光板组成；灯头与灯上壳连成一体，交流电由灯头引入，连接到交流/直流变换电路，交流/直流变换电路输出的直流电压接入发光板，通电时由发光板上的LED发光；其特征是：发光板由柔性PCB和单体LED构成，PCB平面时形状为星形，单体LED排列于中心及星形各支臂；灯下壳外形为旋转曲面，发光板各支臂弯曲包围灯下壳，并固定于其上，此时各单体LED有序地排列于该旋转曲面上。
