本实用新型涉及照明灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED灯泡;本实用新型包括灯头、灯罩、LED和电路板,灯罩底端安装固定在灯头的顶端,所述电路板安装固定在灯罩内,电路板与灯头电连接,电路板为纵横交错的两块印刷电路板构成,每块印刷电路板的正面和背面分别焊接固定LED;本实用新型通过混合气全将LED产生的热量散发出去,具有重量小、体积小、生产成本低的特点,LED设置在由纵横交错的印刷电路板的电路板上,各个方向都安装有LED,LED灯泡在发光时更加均匀。

一种LED灯泡
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及照明灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED灯泡。
背景技术:
近年来,因为LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)的使用寿命长、能耗低、节约能源显著,LED作为光源已广泛地应用于日常生活中。例如,有些厂家设计出可以直接安装在普通灯泡插座中的LED灯泡,以取代现有的钨丝灯等灯泡。
目前,市售的LED灯泡包括灯头、灯罩、铝基板、安装固定在铝基板上的LED,铝基板的底端固定有铝合金散热装置,灯头固定在铝合金散热装置的底端,灯头与LED电连接,灯罩安装固定在铝基板的顶端,用于罩住LED,当LED工作照明时,LED产生的光线可以透过灯罩照射出去,达到照明的目的,但是,上述的LED灯泡在工作时,由于LED会产生大量的热量,只有通过铝基板底端的铝合金散热装置将LED产生的热量及时地散发出去,才能保持LED的正常工作,否则,会导致LED的使用寿命缩短,甚至烧坏,所以,现有的LED灯泡一般都会将LED安装固定在铝基板上,并设置铝合金散热装置,然而,铝基板和铝合金散热装置的重量较大,而且占用LED灯泡一定的体积,使得现有LED灯泡的重量大、体积大,生产成本高。
另外,LED灯泡中的LED集中向一个方向发射光线,致使LED灯泡发光不均匀,在LED灯泡的两侧形成暗区,这也是现有技术的LED灯泡所无法解决的问题。
实用新型内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的不足而提供一种重量小、体积小、生产成本低、能够快速散热、发光均匀的LED灯泡。本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的不足而提供一种重量小、体积小、生产成本低、发光均匀的LED灯泡。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种LED灯泡,它包括灯头、灯罩、LED和电路板,灯罩底端安装固定在灯头的顶端,所述电路板安装固定在灯罩内,电路板与灯头电连接,电路板为纵横交错的两块印刷电路板构成,每块印刷电路板的正面和背面分别焊接固定LED;所述灯罩内填充有用于传导热量的混合气体。
所述LED为贴片式LED。
所述电路板上设有整流模块,整流模块的输入端与灯头的交流输入端连接,LED串联连接在整流模块的正极输出端和负极输出端之间。
所述灯罩为透明玻璃气密罩。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型包括灯头、灯罩、LED和电路板,灯罩底端安装固定在灯头的顶端,所述电路板安装固定在灯罩内,电路板与灯头电连接,电路板为纵横交错的两块印刷电路板构成,每块印刷电路板的正面和背面分别焊接固定LED;本实用新型通过混合气全将LED产生的热量散发出去,具有重量小、体积小、生产成本低的特点,LED设置在由纵横交错的印刷电路板的电路板上,各个方向都安装有LED,LED灯泡在发光时更加均匀。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明,请参考图1至4,LED灯泡包括灯头1、灯罩2、LED3和电路板4,灯罩2底端安装固定在灯头1的顶端,使得灯头1可将灯罩2的开口封闭起来,所述电路板4安装固定在灯罩2内,电路板4与灯头1电连接。
所述电路板4为纵横交错的两块印刷电路板构成,每块印刷电路板的正面和背面分别焊接固定LED3;由于LED3设置在由纵横交错的印刷电路板的电路板上,各个方向都安装有LED,各个方向都有LED发射的光线,使得LED灯泡在发光时更加均匀,解决了现有LED灯泡发光不均匀,LED灯泡在照明时存在暗区的问题。
本实施例中,电路板4为纵横交错成“十”字形状的两块两块印刷电路板构成,电路板4具有更多的朝向不同方向的平面来安装LED3。当然,所述电路板4亦可以由三块、四块印刷电路板交错而成,电路板4电路板4具有更多的朝向不同方向的平面来安装LED3。
所述灯罩2内填充有用于传导热量的混合气体。由于本实用新型的灯罩内填充有混合气体,当LED工作照明时,LED会产生热量,灯罩内的混合气体则会因为受热而上升流动,从而将LED产生的热量传导至灯罩的内表面,再由灯罩散发出去。更具体地说,本实施例的混合气体为氮氩混合气体,氮氩混合气体的成份为30%氮气和70%氩气,该种成份的氮氩混合气体可以较快地将LED3产生的热量传导给灯罩2,由灯罩2散发出去,当然,所述氮氩混合气体也可以采用其它的混合成份,只要其具有热量传导作用即可。
本实施例的LED3优选为贴片式LED,因为贴片式LED的体积小,而且工作时产生的热量较少,可以进一步减少LED灯泡的重量和体积,当然,所述LED3也可以采用其它形式的LED,不限于本实施例选用的贴片式LED。
所述电路板4上设有整流模块6,整流模块6的输入端与灯头1的交流输入端连接,LED3串联连接在整流模块6的正极输出端和负极输出端之间。
本实施例的灯罩2为透明玻璃气密罩,可以让LED3发出的光线照射出去,达到照明的目的,当然,为了达到不同的照明效果,所述灯罩2也可以采用其它有颜色的灯罩2,如乳白色。另外,需要说明的是,所述灯罩2的形状可以为尖顶形状、球状、椭圆状或其它形状,不限于本实施例选用的尖顶形状。
本实施例的电路板4上设有整流模块6,整流模块6的输入端与灯头1的交流输入端连接,LED3串联连接在整流模块6的正极输出端和负极输出端之间,更具体地说,复数个LED3同向串联连接,组成灯串,其中,灯串正极的一端与整流模块6的正极连接,灯串负极的一端与整流模块6的负极连接,其工作原理是:整流模块6将灯头1输入的交流电整流为直流电,为复数个LED3提供电源。
本实用新型在使用时,可以取代现有的钨丝灯等灯泡,灯头1可以直接插接在现有的普通灯泡插座中,由交流电供电,当LED3工作照明时,灯罩2内的混合气体因为受热而上升流动,可以将LED3产生的热量传导至灯罩2的内表面,再由灯罩2散发出去;与现有的LED灯泡相比,本实用新型无需安装重量较大的铝基板和铝合金散热装置,即可将LED3产生的热量散发出去,而且,组装生产过程简单,因此,本实用新型具有重量小、体积小、生产成本低等特点。

Claims (4)

1.一种LED灯泡,它包括灯头(1)、灯罩(2)、LED(3)和电路板(4),灯罩(2)底端安装固定在灯头(1)的顶端,其特征在于:所述电路板(4)安装固定在灯罩(2)内,电路板(4)与灯头(1)电连接;
电路板(4)为纵横交错的两块印刷电路板构成,每块印刷电路板的正面和背面分别焊接固定LED(3);
所述灯罩(2)内填充有用于传导热量的混合气体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED(3)为贴片式LED。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述电路板(4)上设有整流模块(6),整流模块(6)的输入端与灯头(1)的交流输入端连接,LED(3)串联连接在整流模块(6)的正极输出端和负极输出端之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯罩(2)为透明玻璃气密罩。
