Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED照明灯。LED照明灯包括灯管及设置在灯管内的LED光源模组,所述LED光源模组嵌设到所述灯管的管壁内,所述LED光源模组与所述灯管形成一体结构。所述灯管注塑或挤塑成型的同时包住所述LED光源模组。LED光源模组直接内置并密封在灯管管壁当中,不需要另外增加工序来固定LED光源模组,生产快速并且有效降低成本。LED光源模组嵌设到所述灯管的管壁内,LED光源模组与灯管紧密接触,热阻小,LED光源模组的热量可以很好地传递给灯管,并通过灯管进行散热,散热性能好,寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED照明灯,特别是涉及一种一体注塑成型的LED照明灯。
背景技术
现有的LED照明灯,由玻璃管、防爆膜、LED光源条、驱动及塑件堵头组成。生产工艺大体是:首先,LED光源条通过打胶固定在玻璃管内壁;然后,包覆防爆膜;接着,连接驱动;最后,固定塑件堵头并最终形成灯管。
现有的LED照明灯通常较长,LED光源条通过打胶固定在玻璃管内壁的工艺难度大,导致生产效率较低。另外,此工艺消耗胶量成本和人工成本。而且,实际使用时发现,LED光源条粘贴在玻璃管内壁的结构,存在散热性能差的技术缺陷,直接影响到产品的使用寿命。
综上所述,由于现有的LED照明灯存在生产消耗及人力成本高、生产效率较低、散热性能差的缺陷,将严重影响到产品的市产竞争力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种制造容易、成本低、生产效率高、散热性能好的LED照明灯及其制造方法。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种LED照明灯,包括灯管及设置在灯管内的LED光源模组,所述LED光源模组嵌设到所述灯管的管壁内,所述LED光源模组与所述灯管形成一体结构。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.灯管在注塑或挤塑成型的同时包住LED光源模组,使LED光源模组直接内置并密封在灯管管壁当中,不需要另外增加工序来固定LED光源模组,生产快速并且有效降低成本。
2.LED光源模组嵌设到所述灯管的管壁内,LED光源模组与灯管紧密接触,热阻小,LED光源模组的热量可以很好地传递给灯管,并通过灯管进行散热,散热性能好,寿命长。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图4,本实用新型的一种LED照明灯,包括长条状的灯管10及设置在灯管10内的LED光源模组20,LED光源模组20嵌设到灯管10的管壁内,LED光源模组20密封设置在灯管10当中,LED光源模组20与灯管10形成一体结构。
灯管10是利用注塑机或挤塑机成型,并且,灯管10在注塑或挤塑成型的同时包住LED光源模组20,使LED光源模组20内置并密封在灯管10管壁当中。优选地,在成型灯管10前,先将LED光源模组20放进注塑机或挤塑机当中。
本实施例中,灯管10管壁的内表面对应LED光源模组20沿轴向设有长条状的凸起结构11,凸起结构11具有弧形状的外表面。根据菲尼尔光学原理,凸起结构11具有很好的光学透光率,光线垂直于出光界面时,出光效率最高。
其中,灯管10为PC、或PMMA、或玻璃材料。优选地,灯管10内掺杂光扩散颗粒,可使光线更柔和,并具有防眩光的效果。
其中,LED光源模组20由LED光源条组成,LED光源条包括基板21及安装在基板正面的发光体22。基板21为柔性电路板,优选地,基板21的背面贴附导热层,导热层是铜层或铝层,导热层的厚度为1um到2mm。发光体22优选为贴片光源,如贴片光源3014、2835、3030等,也可以是CSP、COF、COB等光源。
本实用新型还提供了LED照明灯的制造方法,包括如下步骤:利用注塑机或挤塑机成型灯管10,灯管10在成型的同时包住LED光源模组,使LED光源模组内置并密封在灯管10管壁当中。
方法进一步还包括步骤:在成型灯管10前,先将LED光源模组放进注塑机或挤塑机当中。
经过上述步骤,即可利用本实用新型的LED照明灯制造方法实现使LED光源模组直接内置并密封在灯管10管壁当中。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本实用新型实施的范围,即依本实用新型专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型涵盖的范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种LED照明灯,包括灯管及设置在灯管内的LED光源模组,其特征在于:所述LED光源模组嵌设到所述灯管的管壁内,所述LED光源模组与所述灯管形成一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述灯管注塑或挤塑成型的同时包住所述LED光源模组。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述灯管为PC、或PMMA、或玻璃材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述灯管内掺杂光扩散颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述灯管管壁的内表面对应所述LED光源模组沿轴向设有长条状的凸起结构,所述凸起结构具有弧形状的外表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述LED光源模组由LED光源条组成,所述LED光源条包括基板及安装在基板正面的发光体,所述基板为柔性电路板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述基板的背面贴附导热层,所述导热层是铜层或铝层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述导热层的厚度为1um到2mm。
