Abstract
【解決手段】 潤滑油劣化センサ10は、機械90に設置されて機械90の潤滑油91の劣化を検出するためのセンサであって、白色の光を発する白色LED52と、受けた光の色を検出するRGBセンサ53と、潤滑油91が侵入するための隙間である油用隙間40aが形成された隙間形成部材40と、白色LED52、RGBセンサ53および隙間形成部材40を支持する支持部材20とを備えており、隙間形成部材40は、白色LED52によって発せられる光を透過させ、油用隙間40aは、白色LED52からRGBセンサ53までの光路上に配置されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 機械に設置されて前記機械の潤滑油の劣化を検出するための潤滑油劣化センサであって、
白色の光を発する白色発光素子と、受けた光の色を検出するカラー受光素子と、前記潤滑油が侵入するための隙間である油用隙間が形成された隙間形成部材と、前記白色発光素子、前記カラー受光素子および前記隙間形成部材を支持する支持部材とを備えており、
前記隙間形成部材は、前記白色発光素子によって発せられる光を透過させ、
前記油用隙間は、前記白色発光素子から前記カラー受光素子までの光路上に配置されていることを特徴とする潤滑油劣化センサ。 - 前記隙間形成部材は、前記光路を曲げる反射面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油劣化センサ。
- 前記隙間形成部材は、前記光路を90度曲げる前記反射面がそれぞれ形成されている2つの直角プリズムを備えており、前記2つの直角プリズムの前記反射面によって前記光路を180度曲げ、
前記油用隙間は、前記2つの直角プリズムの間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の潤滑油劣化センサ。 - 前記光路の少なくとも一部を囲む光路囲み部材を備えており、
前記光路囲み部材は、光の反射を防止する処理が表面に施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までの何れかに記載の潤滑油劣化センサ。 - 前記隙間形成部材のうち前記油用隙間を形成する面は、撥油処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までの何れかに記載の潤滑油劣化センサ。
