Abstract
Description
a)処理液で満たすことができ、その中へ処理すべき対象、特に車両ボディを浸漬することができる、少なくとも1つの浸漬槽;
b)処理すべき対象を浸漬槽へ近づけ、浸漬槽の内部空間内へ移動させ、浸漬槽から出してそこから離れるように移動させることができ、かつ少なくとも1つの移送キャリッジを有し、その移送キャリッジが、回転軸を中心に回転可能な固定装置を有し、その固定装置に少なくとも1つの対象を固定することができる、移送システム、
を有する、浸漬処理装置に関する。
c)移送キャリッジが、垂直に走行可能なキャリッジを有し、そのキャリッジに回転軸を定める構成部品が次のように、すなわち全体として少なくとも1つの対象のために、水平の直線運動、垂直の直線運動および回転軸を中心とする回転運動を重ね合わせた、移動シーケンスが得られるように、軸承されていることによって解決される。
a)駆動レールに接して動力で走行可能な駆動装置;
b)駆動装置に結合された支持構造であって、それにキャリッジが固定されている。
Claims (18)
- 浸漬処理設備であって、
a)少なくとも1つの浸漬槽(2;102;202)であって、処理液によって充填可能であって、処理液内に、処理すべき対象(3;103;204)、特に車両ボディが、浸漬できる、浸漬槽と、
b)移送システム(4;104;206)であって、
処理すべき対象(3;103;204)を浸漬槽(2;102;202)へ近づけ、浸漬槽(2;102;202)の内部空間へ挿入し、浸漬槽(2;102;202)から取り出して、そこから離れるように移動させることができ、かつ、
少なくとも1つの移送キャリッジ(5;105;208)を有し、移送キャリッジが、回転軸(24;124;262)を中心に回転可能な固定装置(29;129;212;272)を有し、固定装置に少なくとも1つの対象(3;103;204)が固定可能である、
移送システムと、を有する
浸漬処理設備において、
c)移送キャリッジ(5;105、208)が、垂直に可動な垂直キャリッジ(21;121;256)を有し、垂直キャリッジに、回転軸(24;124;262)を定める構成部品(24;124;260)が、全体として少なくとも1つの対象(3;103;204)のために、水平の直線運動、垂直の直線運動および回転軸(24;124;262)を中心とする回転運動を重ね合わせた、移動シーケンスが得られるように、軸承されている、
ことを特徴とする浸漬処理設備。 - 移送キャリッジ(5;105、208)が:
a)駆動レール(41;141;216)上を動力で走行可能な駆動装置(6;106;210);
b)駆動装置(6;106;210)に結合された支持構造(7;107;254,256)であって、垂直キャリッジ(21;121;256)が固定される、支持構造、
を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 駆動レール(41;141;216)と駆動装置(6;106;210)が、従来の懸吊運搬装置の形式に従って形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の浸漬処理設備。
- 支持構造が、支持キャリッジ(7;107)であって、
支持キャリッジがガイドフレーム(18;118)を有し、
ガイドフレームが、移動方向に延びる少なくとも1つのガイドレール(18;108)に接して案内されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 駆動装置(6)が、少なくとも1つの動力で回転可能な巻取りローラ(15)を有し、 巻取りローラ上に少なくとも1つのフレキシブルな引っ張り手段(17)が巻取り可能ないしそれから引出し可能であって、
引っ張り手段の下方の端部が、垂直に走行可能な垂直キャリッジ(21)と結合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 支持構造(107)が、垂直に移動できない部分(150)に、少なくとも1つの動力で回転可能な巻取りローラ(115)を有しており、
巻取りローラ上に少なくとも1つのフレキシブルな引っ張り手段(117)が巻取り可能ないしそこから引出し可能であって、
引っ張り手段の下方の端部が、垂直に走行可能な垂直キャリッジ(121)と結合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - フレキシブルな引っ張り手段が、支持バンドである、ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の浸漬処理設備。
- フレキシブルな引っ張り手段が、チェーンである、ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の浸漬処理設備。
- フレキシブルなチェーンが、圧力を受けて強ばるので、圧力を伝達することができるように形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の浸漬処理設備。
- 支持構造(254、256)が、垂直方向に引込みまたは引出し可能な伸縮装置(214)によって包囲されており、伸縮装置がキャリッジ(256)を案内する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 回転軸を定める構成部品(24;124;260)を回転可能にするモータ(26;126;264)が、キャリッジ(21;121;256)に配置されて、そのキャリッジと共に垂直に走行可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の浸漬処理設備。
- 支持構造(107;254、256)が、駆動装置(106;210)に対して、実質的に垂直の軸を中心に回転可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の浸漬処理設備。
- 浸漬処理設備(101)の出口から入口へ、移送キャリッジ(105)の戻るルートに沿って、少なくとも1つのガイドレール(156)が延びており、
ガイドレールが、支持キャリッジ(107)に設けられたガイド部材(155)と協働する、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 移送キャリッジ(208)が、固定装置(212、272)がレール(216)の少なくとも一部に沿って、レール(216)に対して側方へ変位して移送可能であるように、整えられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 固定装置(212、272)が、固定手段(272)を備えた支持構造(212)を有しており、
支持構造が、側面のみを介して、移送キャリッジ(208)の他の構成部分(256)によって支持されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 固定手段(218、248、250)が設けられており、
固定手段が移送キャリッジ(208)を、レール(216)に対して平行の傾き軸を中心に傾かないように固定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 固定手段(218、248、250)が、レール(216)に対して平行かつ下方に配置された、支持構造(218)を有しており、
支持構造に支持キャリッジ(208)が支持されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の浸漬処理設備。 - 固定手段(218、248、250)が、移送キャリッジ(208)に取り付けられた、垂直の回転軸を中心に回転可能なガイドローラ(250)を有しており、
ガイドローラが、それに対して相補的なガイドレール(218)内で案内されており、 ガイドレール(218)が駆動レール(216)の下方において、それに対して平行に延びている、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の浸漬処理設備。
