Claims (12)
- 絶縁性の軟磁性フェライトによって形成されたプレート内に、絶縁被膜を有する導体により形成されたコイルが設置され、
該コイルの端部に接続された端子電極を前記プレート外に備え、
前記プレート内の前記コイルを、磁性金属粉末と樹脂を主成分とする混合材により埋設したことを特徴とするインダクタンス素子。 - 前記混合材と前記端子電極とは、非接触とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子。
- 前記コイルが、耐熱性樹脂フィルム上に金属をパターンニングされて形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子。
- 前記混合材は、磁性金属粉末が75〜95vol%であり、樹脂が25〜5vol%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子。
- 前記コイルの巻線間には、混合材が存在しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子。
- 前記端子電極は、半田における食われ防止及び濡れ性確保に係るメッキ処理がなされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインダクタンス素子。
- 絶縁性の軟磁性フェライトによって形成されたプレート内に、絶縁被膜を有する導体により形成されたコイルを設置し、
該コイルの端部に接続される端子電極を前記プレート外に形成し、
前記プレート内の前記コイルを、磁性金属粉末と樹脂を主成分とする混合材により埋設したことを特徴とするインダクタンス素子の製造方法。 - 前記混合材と前記端子電極とを非接触としたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインダクタンス素子の製造方法。
- 前記コイルを、耐熱性樹脂フィルム上に金属をパターンニングすることにより形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインダクタンス素子の製造方法。
- 前記混合材は、磁性金属粉末が75〜95vol%であり、樹脂が25〜5vol%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインダクタンス素子の製造方法。
- 前記コイルの巻線間には、混合材を介在させないことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインダクタンス素子の製造方法。
- 前記端子電極に対し、半田における食われ防止及び濡れ性確保に係るメッキ処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインダクタンス素子の製造方法。
