Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ケイ酸塩と賦活剤イオンを含み、主要化学表示式は aMO・bM'・cSiO2・dR:EUx、Lny (1) そのうち、MはSr、Ca、Ba、Znのなかの一種または多種元素を選ぶ;M'はMg、Cd 、Beのなかの一種または多種元素を選択する;RはB2O3、P2O5の中の一種または 二種の成分を選ぶ;LnはNd、Dy、Ho、Tm、La、Pr、Tb、Ce、Mn、Bi、Sn、Sb中の 一種または多種元素を選ぶ;a、b、c、d、x、yはモル系であり、そのうち:0.6≦a ≦6,0≦b≦5.1≦c≦9,0≦d≦0.7,0.00001≦x≦0.2,0≦y≦0.3、当材料は500nm以 下の短波の励起のもとで、420〜650nmの発射スペクトルを出し、ピーク値は450 −580nmであり、青、青緑、緑、緑黄または黄色長残光の発光効果が現われてい ることを特徴とする長残光の発光材料。 2. 化学組成表示式(1)中におけるMがSr、Caのなかの一種または二種 元素を選ぶ;M'はMgである;LnがNd、Dy、Ho、Bi、Snの中の一種または多種元素 を選び、そのうち:0.6≦a≦4,0.6≦b≦4,1≦c≦5,0<d≦0.4,RがB2O3、P2O5の なかから一種または二種の成分を選ぶことを特徴とする請求項1記載の長残光の 発光材料。 3. M、M'のなかの元素0−40%モルはBa、Zn、Cd、Beに取り替られ ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の長残光の発光材料。 4. 主要結晶体構造M2MgSi2O7またはM3MgSi2O8とし、そのうちMはSr1- z 、Caz.0≦z≦1を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の長残光の発 光材料。 5. 主要結晶体構造M2MgSi2O7:Eu、LnまたはM3MgS2O8:Eu、Ln,そのうち MはSr1-zCaz,0≦z≦1を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の 長残光の発光材料。 6. 主要化学構造のM2MgSi2O7:Eu、LnまたはM3MgSi2O8:Eu、Ln,そのう ちMはSr1-zCaz,0≦z≦1,LnがNd、Dy、Ho、Sn、Biの中の一種または多種元素を 選ぶことを特徴とする請求項しまたは2記載の長残光の発光材料。 7. 主要化学構造Ba5Si8O21:Eu、Dyを含有することを特徴とする請求項 1記載の長残光の発光材料。 8. 主要化学構造Zn2SiO4:Eu、Oy、Mnを含有することを特徴とする請求 項1記載の長残光の発光材料。 9. 原料の元素モル比率: M;0.6〜6 R:0〜0.7 B2O3、P2O5をもって計 M':0〜5 E:0.00001−0.2 Si:1〜9 Ln:0〜0.3 そのうち:MがSr、Ca、Ba、Znの中の一種または多種元素の化合物を表す; M'がMg、Cd、Beの中の一種または多種元素の化合物を表す; RがB、Pの中の一種または二種元素の化合物を表す; LnがNd、Dy、Ho、Tm、La、Pr、Tb、Ce、Mn、Bi、Sn、Sbの中の一種 または多種元素の化合物を表す; SiがSiの化合物を表す; EuがEuの化合物を表す; M、M'、Ln、Euの化合物はそれぞれがそれらの代表元素の炭酸塩、硫酸塩、 硝酸塩、リン酸塩、ホウ酸塩、酢酸塩、シュウ酸塩、レモン酸塩またはその酸化 物、水素酸化物、ハロゲン化物であり、Siの化合物はSiO2、ケイ酸、珪粘著物ま たはケイ酸塩を使い,Rホウ素、リンの化合物である;製造プロセスは高温固相反 応法であり、上記の原料はモル比率にしたがって取って秤り、そしてそれを細か く砕き、よく掻き混ぜたあと、造元の雰囲気のもとで、1100〜1400℃のもとに置 き、2〜50時間も焼 き、その後、冷却、粉砕篩分してからはじめて出米上がることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の長残光の発光材料の製造方法。 10. 還元雰囲気は水素、アンモニア、窒素と水素または炭粒が存在する 場合にあることを特徴とする請求項9記載の長残光の発光材料製造方法。 11. 混合原料の中に原料重量の0〜15%のNH4Cl、NH4F、Li2CO3、SrF2、 CaF2、CaSO4、SrSO4、SrHPO4またはCaHPO4を加入して、固相反応に参与させるこ とを特徴とする請求項9記載の長残光の発光材料。
