Claims (7)
1. Pripravak kave koji se sastoji od topljive, liofilizirane kave i prave pržene kave u prahu s okusom i aromom svježe kuhane prave kave, u kojem je prava pržena kava u prahu, čiji je sadržaj 4-30 masenih %, a koja ima veličinu zrna od 65 mikrona do 200 mikrona, ravnomjerno raspoređena u strukturno homogenim, pjenastim, liofiliziranim granulama, od svijetlo do tamno smeđe boje, koje su proizvedene pjenjenjem koncentrirane tekućine ekstrakta kave i prave pržene kave, a u kojem brzina otapanja liofilizirane kave i ekstrakcija arome i okusa odgovaraju sastojcima prave pržene kave u prahu koja se nalazi u pripravku dodatkom 96 ° C tople vode.
2. Pripravak kave prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da pripravak kave sadrži ulje kavenog zrna.
3. Proces za pripremu pripravka kave na bazi topive, liofilizirane kave koji ima okus i aromu svježe kuhane prave kave u kojem se koncentrirani tekući ekstrakt kave prije pjenjenja koje prethodi liofilizaciji nadopunjuje pravom prženom kavom u prahu koja ima veličinu zrna od 65 mikrona do 200 mikrona, pri čemu fino mljevenje osigurava jednoliki sadržaj pržene kave u prahu unutar liofiliziranih granula, a brzina ekstrakcije okusa i arome prave pržene kave u prahu i brzina otapanja liofilizirane kave u šalici se podudaraju s dodatkom vode na temperaturi od 96 ° C.
