本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种米酒和胃即食鸭腿,由以下重量份原料制成:鸭腿300-320、米酒200-230、食盐适量、橘子60-70、山楂40-50、黑糖粉50-60、神曲5-7、半夏4-5、荷叶6-8、枳实5-6、白术4-5、黑种草子3-4、醋栗2-3、清热营养添加剂20-30、茉莉花木炭适量、水适量:
清热营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:地榆叶5-6、刺儿菜4-5、糯米藤4-5、旱莲花3-4、绿豆70-80、灯笼果20-30、桃胶20-30、酸梅汁50-60、酸奶100-120、水适量;
清热营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将桃胶、酸梅汁放入锅中,加热至桃胶融化,将所述灯笼果榨成汁,放入酸梅汁中继续加热,浓缩成浓缩液备用;
(2)将绿豆洗净,放入锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮至绿豆化开,过滤,取绿豆汁备用;
(3)将地榆叶、刺儿菜、糯米藤、旱莲花用4-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液,与浓缩液、绿豆汁、酸奶合并,搅拌均匀即得清热营养剂;
茉莉花木炭由以下重量份原料制成:鲜茉莉花1000-1200、白炭500-600、水适量,将白炭做成小炭块放入容器中,将茉莉花混合适量水放入榨汁机中榨汁,将茉莉花汁倒入盛有小炭块的容器中,充分浸泡,5-7天后,对容器进行加热,蒸干水分后,即得茉莉花木炭。

(1)将鸭腿洗净,将肉用刀划开几道口,方便入味,放入锅,加入米酒、食盐、适量水,加热焖煮40-50分钟,入味去腥后取出鸭腿,沥干水备用;
(2)将橘子、山楂洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中榨汁,取果汁,将果汁黑糖粉、清热营养添加剂混合,置于锅中,不断加热浓缩,得到果酱备用;
(3)将神曲、半夏、荷叶、枳实、白术、黑种草子、醋栗用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉,混合果酱,搅拌均匀得到中药果酱备用;
