背景技术
方便面是现代人们经常代替主食的一种方便食品,其口感好,食用方法简单,方便面调料在方便面口味中起到主要作用,市场上的方便面调料主要都是由食盐和味精组成的简单调料,没有特殊的作用。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种香菇巧克力方便面调味粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种香菇巧克力方便面调味粉,由以下重量份原料制成:香菇70-80、银耳60-70、茶叶10-15、米酒200-220、巧克力60-80、红豆50-60、螺旋藻5-6、白术6-7、白附子4-5、苦艾2-3、肉桂2-3、紫苑2-3、食盐400-430、鸡精60-70、营养添加剂10-12、水适量:
营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:鱼胶粉10-15、麦麸55-60、薏仁油0.5-1、葡萄籽5-6、黄连花3-4、薄荷5-6、菠萝叶2-3、玫瑰草1-2、水适量;
营养添加剂的制备方法,(1)将麦麸洗净,沥干水后与薏仁油混合倒入锅中,加热炒至麦麸出香,将麦麸碾磨成粉末备用;
(2)将葡萄籽、黄连花、薄荷、菠萝叶、玫瑰草用5-9倍量的水提取,将所得提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(3)将麦麸粉、中药粉、鱼胶粉合并,拌匀即得营养添加剂。

(1)将香菇、银耳洗净,放入碎粒中破碎成碎粒,将碎粒用消毒透水布包好放入锅中,加入米酒、茶叶,加热煮至香菇、银耳入味后,将其捞出晒干备用;

一种香菇巧克力方便面调味粉,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:香菇70、银耳60、茶叶10、米酒200、巧克力60、红豆50、螺旋藻5、白术6、白附子4、苦艾2、肉桂2、紫苑2、食盐400、鸡精60、营养添加剂10、水适量:
营养添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:鱼胶粉10、麦麸55、薏仁油0.5、葡萄籽5、黄连花3、薄荷5、菠萝叶2、玫瑰草1、水适量;

1.一种香菇巧克力方便面调味粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:香菇70-80、银耳60-70、茶叶10-15、米酒200-220、巧克力60-80、红豆50-60、螺旋藻5-6、白术6-7、白附子4-5、苦艾2-3、肉桂2-3、紫苑2-3、食盐400-430、鸡精60-70、营养添加剂10-12、水适量:
所述营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:鱼胶粉10-15、麦麸55-60、薏仁油0.5-1、葡萄籽5-6、黄连花3-4、薄荷5-6、菠萝叶2-3、玫瑰草1-2、水适量;
所述营养添加剂的制备方法,(1)将麦麸洗净,沥干水后与薏仁油混合倒入锅中,加热炒至麦麸出香,将麦麸碾磨成粉末备用;
