本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种消脂健美冬瓜鸭肉干,由以下重量份原料制成:鸭肉400-420、冬瓜60-70、苹果醋100-120、绿茶汁400-500、薏仁粉50-60、玉米淀粉60-70、黑枣30-40、番茄50-60、米酒60-70、甘草6-8、荷叶8-10、泽泻6-8、决明子8-10、莲子6-8、啤酒花2-3、猪笼草1-2、清热营养剂15-18、茉莉花木炭适量、食盐适量、蔗糖适量、水适量:
清热营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:地榆叶5-6、刺儿菜4-5、糯米藤4-5、旱莲花3-4、绿豆70-80、灯笼果20-30、桃胶20-30、酸梅汁50-60、酸奶100-120、水适量;
清热营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将桃胶、酸梅汁放入锅中,加热至桃胶融化,将所述灯笼果榨成汁,放入酸梅汁中继续加热,浓缩成浓缩液备用;
(2)将绿豆洗净,放入锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮至绿豆化开,过滤,取绿豆汁备用;
(3)将地榆叶、刺儿菜、糯米藤、旱莲花用4-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液,与浓缩液、绿豆汁、酸奶合并,搅拌均匀即得清热营养剂;
茉莉花木炭由以下重量份原料制成:鲜茉莉花1000-1200、白炭500-600、水适量,将白炭做成小炭块放入容器中,将茉莉花混合适量水放入榨汁机中榨汁,将茉莉花汁倒入盛有小炭块的容器中,充分浸泡,5-7天后,对容器进行加热,蒸干水分后,即得茉莉花木炭。

(1)将冬瓜洗净,去皮去籽后与洗净鸭肉一起搅碎,放入容器中,加苹果醋、绿茶汁,密封泡制5-7天,滤去汁液,得冬瓜、鸭肉备用;
(2)将黑枣、番茄洗净,取其肉混合米酒放入榨汁机中榨汁,得到汁液放入锅中,加热浓缩,得到黑枣番茄酱备用;
(3)将甘草、荷叶、泽泻、决明子、莲子、啤酒花、猪笼草用5-9倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(4)将冬瓜、鸭肉、黑枣番茄酱、中药粉与剩余原料中除水外的其他食用成分合并,搅拌均匀后送入成型机中压实成型,切成鸭肉块放在铁网上,用所述茉莉花木炭烤至水分蒸干并有茉莉花清香,即得鸭肉干,再进行包装即可。

一种消脂健美冬瓜鸭肉干,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:鸭肉400、冬瓜60、苹果醋100、绿茶汁400、薏仁粉50、玉米淀粉60、黑枣30、番茄50、米酒60、甘草6、荷叶8、泽泻6、决明子8、莲子6、啤酒花2、猪笼草1、清热营养剂15、茉莉花木炭适量、食盐适量、蔗糖适量、水适量:
清热营养添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:地榆叶5、刺儿菜4、糯米藤4、旱莲花3、绿豆70、灯笼果20、桃胶20、酸梅汁50、酸奶100、水适量;
清热营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将桃胶、酸梅汁放入锅中,加热至桃胶融化,将所述灯笼果榨成汁,放入酸梅汁中继续加热,浓缩成浓缩液备用;
(2)将绿豆洗净,放入锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮至绿豆化开,过滤,取绿豆汁备用;
(3)将地榆叶、刺儿菜、糯米藤、旱莲花用4倍量的水提取,得到提取液,与浓缩液、绿豆汁、酸奶合并,搅拌均匀即得清热营养剂;

1.一种消脂健美冬瓜鸭肉干,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:鸭肉400-420、冬瓜60-70、苹果醋100-120、绿茶汁400-500、薏仁粉50-60、玉米淀粉60-70、黑枣30-40、番茄50-60、米酒60-70、甘草6-8、荷叶8-10、泽泻6-8、决明子8-10、莲子6-8、啤酒花2-3、猪笼草1-2、清热营养剂15-18、茉莉花木炭适量、食盐适量、蔗糖适量、水适量:

(2)将黑枣、番茄洗净,取其肉混合米酒放入榨汁机中榨汁,得到汁液放入锅中,加热浓缩,得到黑枣番茄酱备用;
(3)将甘草、荷叶、泽泻、决明子、莲子、啤酒花、猪笼草用5-9倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(4)将冬瓜、鸭肉、黑枣番茄酱、中药粉与剩余原料中除水外的其他食用成分合并,搅拌均匀后送入成型机中压实成型,切成鸭肉块放在铁网上,用所述茉莉花木炭烤至水分蒸干并有茉莉花清香,即得鸭肉干,再进行包装即可。
