一种黑麦补肾薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯400-450、覆盆子1-2、巴戟天2-3、淫羊藿1-1.5、补骨脂0.8-1、杜仲叶1.5-2、金发草2-2.5、腰子草3-4、莲藕30-33、芸豆15-18、樱桃3-4、哈密瓜4-5、泡椒3-4、黑麦面粉10-11、排骨汤25-28、花生油2-3、虾米4-5、柿饼5-7、营养添加剂4-5。本发明的薯条香辣可口,适口性好,且营养丰富,其中添加的黑麦粉富含钙、铁、锌、硒等多种微量元素,可提高机体免疫力,同时,本发明还添加了覆盆子、巴戟天、淫羊藿、补骨脂、杜仲叶等中草药,具有补肾的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。

背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黑麦补肾薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
    一种黑麦补肾薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
红薯400-450、覆盆子1-2、巴戟天2-3、淫羊藿1-1.5、补骨脂0.8-1、杜仲叶1.5-2、金发草2-2.5、腰子草3-4、莲藕30-33、芸豆15-18、樱桃3-4、哈密瓜4-5、泡椒3-4、黑麦面粉10-11、排骨汤25-28、花生油2-3、虾米4-5、柿饼5-7、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络1-1.2、荔枝核2-2.4、制首乌0.8-1、石榴叶1.2-1.3、白萝卜3-4、香菇2-3、山楂片2-3、葡萄酒10-11、榛子仁4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
    (2)将白萝卜、香菇加提取液打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入碾碎的山楂片,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末;
    (3)将榛子仁放置于葡萄酒中浸泡2-3小时后捞出,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
    所述的黑麦补肾薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    (1)将覆盆子、巴戟天、淫羊藿、补骨脂、杜仲叶、金发草、腰子草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得中药粉;
    (2)取樱桃、哈密瓜果肉,混合打浆,过滤除渣,得果汁;将芸豆送入锅中,小火炒香后加入果汁,在60-65℃下焖制30-35分钟后出料,烘干后研成粉末,得芸豆粉;将黑麦面粉、芸豆粉、排骨汤混合,充分搅拌,得面糊;
    (3)将泡椒剁碎,与花生油混合入锅,大火炒香后倒入面糊,小火加热搅拌4-5分钟后出锅;
    (4)将红薯、莲藕去皮切块,混合投入开水锅中,大火熬煮30-35分钟后捞出、沥干,与虾米、柿饼混合打成泥,加入步骤(3)所得物料拌匀,隔水大火蒸3-5分钟后出料,然后与中药粉、剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。
    本发明中的金发草为禾本科植物金发草的全草,腰子草为兰科植物蛇尾草的块根及全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
    本发明的薯条香辣可口,适口性好,且营养丰富,其中添加的黑麦粉富含钙、铁、锌、硒等多种微量元素,可提高机体免疫力,同时,本发明还添加了覆盆子、巴戟天、淫羊藿、补骨脂、杜仲叶等中草药,具有补肾的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。
具体实施方式
    一种黑麦补肾薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
红薯400、覆盆子2、巴戟天3、淫羊藿1.5、补骨脂0.8、杜仲叶1.5、金发草2.5、腰子草4、莲藕33、芸豆18、樱桃3、哈密瓜5、泡椒3、黑麦面粉11、排骨汤28、花生油3、虾米4、柿饼7、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:橘络1.2、荔枝核2.4、制首乌0.8、石榴叶1.3、白萝卜4、香菇2、山楂片3、葡萄酒10、榛子仁5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
    (2)将白萝卜、香菇加提取液打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入碾碎的山楂片,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末;
    (3)将榛子仁放置于葡萄酒中浸泡2-3小时后捞出,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。

    (3)将泡椒剁碎,与花生油混合入锅,大火炒香后倒入面糊,小火加热搅拌4-5分钟后出锅;
    (4)将红薯、莲藕去皮切块,混合投入开水锅中,大火熬煮30-35分钟后捞出、沥干,与虾米、柿饼混合打成泥,加入步骤(3)所得物料拌匀,隔水大火蒸3-5分钟后出料,然后与中药粉、剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。

红薯400-450、覆盆子1-2、巴戟天2-3、淫羊藿1-1.5、补骨脂0.8-1、杜仲叶1.5-2、金发草2-2.5、腰子草3-4、莲藕30-33、芸豆15-18、樱桃3-4、哈密瓜4-5、泡椒3-4、黑麦面粉10-11、排骨汤25-28、花生油2-3、虾米4-5、柿饼5-7、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络1-1.2、荔枝核2-2.4、制首乌0.8-1、石榴叶1.2-1.3、白萝卜3-4、香菇2-3、山楂片2-3、葡萄酒10-11、榛子仁4-5;
