一种保健薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯100-110、芋头20-30、鸡蛋花4-5、霸王花3-4、刺五加5-6、竹茹4.5-6、淡竹叶3.5-5、海蓬子2-3、通花根3-4、金桔4-5、树莓5-6、裙带菜4-5、淡豆鼓6-7、米酒4-5、奶油1-2、营养添加剂4-6。本发明的薯条口感好,配方合理科学,其中添加的金桔、裙带菜等果蔬含有丰富的维生素,而米酒则使得本发明风味独特,此外本发明还添加了多种中草药,具有补肾强腰、益气安神、清热平肝、降压的功能,经常食用本发明可达到强身健体的功效。

[0007] 所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络1-1.2、荔枝核2-2.4、制首乌0.8-1、石植叶1.2-1.3、白萝卜3-4、香葫2-3、山楂片2-3、葡萄酒10-11、棒子仁4-5 ;
[0008] 制备方法为:(I)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
