一种坚果健脑薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:马铃薯500-550、益智仁1-1.2、红景天0.9-1、五味子1.6-1.7、夜交藤1.2-1.3、积雪草0.8-1、辛参0.9-1、薄荷叶3-4、花生米4-5、核桃仁5-6、松子仁8-9、血糯米80-90、蓝莓3-4、菠萝4-5、花椒10-12、槐花蜜1-1.5、营养添加剂6-7。本发明的薯条制备工艺简单,且由于添加了核桃仁、松子仁等坚果,对脑神经具有保健作用,此外,本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中红景天可益智,五味子可有助改善健忘问题,积雪草可提高记忆力,经常食用本发明可达到健脑的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种薯条,尤其涉及一种坚果健脑薯条及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种坚果健脑薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种坚果健脑薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
马铃薯500-550、益智仁1-1.2、红景天0.9-1、五味子1.6-1.7、夜交藤1.2-1.3、积雪草0.8-1、辛参0.9-1、薄荷叶3-4、花生米4-5、核桃仁5-6、松子仁8-9、血糯米80-90、蓝莓3-4、菠萝4-5、花椒10-12、槐花蜜1-1.5、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络1-1.2、荔枝核2-2.4、制首乌0.8-1、石榴叶1.2-1.3、白萝卜3-4、香菇2-3、山楂片2-3、葡萄酒10-11、榛子仁4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将白萝卜、香菇加提取液打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入碾碎的山楂片,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末;
(3)将榛子仁放置于葡萄酒中浸泡2-3小时后捞出,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的坚果健脑薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、红景天、五味子、夜交藤、积雪草、辛参加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将薄荷叶、槐花蜜混合加4-5倍的开水密封浸泡20-25分钟,过滤除渣,得薄荷茶;将花椒送入油锅,小火炸香后捞出、沥干,加薄荷茶研磨匀质,再经小火加热,熬成膏状,烘干后粉碎,得调味粉;
(3)取蓝莓、菠萝果肉,混合打浆,过滤除渣,得果汁;将花生米、核桃仁、松子仁与果汁混合拌匀,烘干后研成粉末,得坚果粉;
(4)将血糯米投入锅中,加入一倍的水、药液,煮干得糯米饭;将马铃薯去皮,送入蒸锅大火蒸熟后取出,与糯米饭混合打成泥,然后与调味粉、坚果粉、剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。
本发明中的积雪草为伞形科植物积雪草的全草,辛参为唇形科植物假秦艽的块根。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的薯条制备工艺简单,且由于添加了核桃仁、松子仁等坚果,丰富了本发明的营养,其中核桃仁中的磷脂,对脑神经具有保健作用,松子仁中所含的不饱和脂肪酸可有增强脑细胞代谢,谷氨酸则可增强记忆力,此外,本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中红景天可益智,五味子可有助改善健忘问题,积雪草可提高记忆力,经常食用本发明可达到健脑的功效。
具体实施方式
一种坚果健脑薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
马铃薯550、益智仁1.2、红景天0.9、五味子1.7、夜交藤1.3、积雪草0.8、辛参0.9、薄荷叶4、花生米5、核桃仁5、松子仁9、血糯米90、蓝莓3、菠萝4、花椒10、槐花蜜1.5、营养添加剂7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:橘络1.2、荔枝核2.4、制首乌0.8、石榴叶1.3、白萝卜4、香菇2、山楂片3、葡萄酒10、榛子仁5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将白萝卜、香菇加提取液打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入碾碎的山楂片,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末;
(3)将榛子仁放置于葡萄酒中浸泡2-3小时后捞出,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。

马铃薯500-550、益智仁1-1.2、红景天0.9-1、五味子1.6-1.7、夜交藤1.2-1.3、积雪草0.8-1、辛参0.9-1、薄荷叶3-4、花生米4-5、核桃仁5-6、松子仁8-9、血糯米80-90、蓝莓3-4、菠萝4-5、花椒10-12、槐花蜜1-1.5、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络1-1.2、荔枝核2-2.4、制首乌0.8-1、石榴叶1.2-1.3、白萝卜3-4、香菇2-3、山楂片2-3、葡萄酒10-11、榛子仁4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、荔枝核、制首乌、石榴叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
