Abstract
一种高营养糯米粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米200-220、巴戟天1-1.2、黄芪0.8-1.1、菊花1.5-1.7、玫瑰花2-2.2、桑椹子1.8-1、苦草0.9-1、苔水花1.2-1.5、茶叶6-7、蜂蜜1-2、梗米20-22、黄栗米19-20、鸡蛋液2-3、芝麻12-13、黑豆10-12、营养添加剂4-5。本发明口感好,茶香浓郁,食用后口齿留香,在加工过程中添加的芝麻、黑豆中含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,使得本发明营养全面均衡,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到强筋壮骨、补肾保肝、理气活血、降压的作用。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种糯米粉,尤其涉及一种高营养糯米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
糯米粉是由糯米为原料制成,可用来制作汤团、元宵之类食品和家庭小吃。目前市场上销售的糯米粉的种类繁多,但多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高营养糯米粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特,营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种高营养糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米200-220、巴戟天1-1.2、黄芪0.8-1.1、菊花1.5-1.7、玫瑰花2-2.2、桑椹子1.8-1、苦草0.9-1、苔水花1.2-1.5、茶叶6-7、蜂蜜1-2、梗米20-22、黄栗米19-20、鸡蛋液2-3、芝麻12-13、黑豆10-12、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:甜瓜10-11、枇杷花1-1.2、霸王花0.8-1、龙眼壳1.4-1.6、倒生根1.2-1.3、豆干80-90、山楂片5-6、藕粉8-10;
制备方法为:(1)将甜瓜去皮去瓤,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得甜瓜汁;将枇杷花、霸王花、龙眼壳、倒生根置于甜瓜汁中密封浸泡2-3小时,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入山楂片,大火加热搅拌10-12分钟;
(2)将豆干切成条状,与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
所述的高营养糯米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将巴戟天、黄芪、菊花、玫瑰花、桑椹子、苦草、苔水花加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将茶叶与蜂蜜混合拌匀,送入锅中,小火翻炒5-6分钟后加7-8倍的水,大火煮沸,过滤除渣,得蜂蜜茶;
(3)将芝麻、黑豆混合入锅,小火炒香后出锅,加提取液研磨匀质;
(4)将糯米、梗米、黄栗米加一倍的水、鸡蛋液、蜂蜜茶煮成米饭,然后加步骤(3)所得物料打成泥,烘干后研成粉末,与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
本发明中的苦草为水鳖科植物,苔水花为荨麻科冷水花属植物,倒生根为蔷薇科植物插田泡的根。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明口感好,茶香浓郁,食用后口齿留香,在加工过程中添加的芝麻、黑豆中含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,使得本发明营养全面均衡,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到强筋壮骨、补肾保肝、理气活血、降压的作用。
具体实施方式
一种高营养糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
糯米200、巴戟天1.2、黄芪1.1、菊花1.7、玫瑰花2.2、桑椹子1.8、苦草0.9、苔水花1.2、茶叶6、蜂蜜1、梗米20、黄栗米20、鸡蛋液3、芝麻13、黑豆12、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:甜瓜11、枇杷花1.2、霸王花0.8、龙眼壳1.6、倒生根1.3、豆干90、山楂片5、藕粉10;
制备方法为:(1)将甜瓜去皮去瓤,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得甜瓜汁;将枇杷花、霸王花、龙眼壳、倒生根置于甜瓜汁中密封浸泡2-3小时,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入山楂片,大火加热搅拌10-12分钟;
(2)将豆干切成条状,与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
