一种胡椒杂粮小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽400-440、合欢花1-1.2、覆盆子1.4-1.6、覆盆子叶2-2.3、天门冬1.6-1.8、枇杷叶1.4-1.5、龙常草2.3-1.5、壶卢子2-2.3、梗米20-22、黄米10-14、龙井茶叶末10-11、胡椒5-6、酵母0.3-0.4、橙汁7-8、营养添加剂4-5。本发明配方合理科学,其中添加的梗米、黄米富含蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等多种营养物质,有益于人体健康,且使本发明米香浓郁,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有清心明目、滋阴养肾、清肺和胃、养血通络的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种小麦胚芽,尤其涉及一种胡椒杂粮小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦胚芽是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种胡椒杂粮小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种胡椒杂粮小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽400-440、合欢花1-1.2、覆盆子1.4-1.6、覆盆子叶2-2.3、天门冬1.6-1.8、枇杷叶1.4-1.5、龙常草2.3-1.5、壶卢子2-2.3、梗米20-22、黄米10-14、龙井茶叶末10-11、胡椒5-6、酵母0.3-0.4、橙汁7-8、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的胡椒杂粮小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将合欢花、覆盆子、覆盆子叶、天门冬、枇杷叶、龙常草、壶卢子加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得提取液经喷雾干燥制成粉末;
(2)将胡椒送入油锅,炸香后捞出,加橙汁研磨匀质;
(3)将梗米、黄米加3-4倍的水大火煮25-30分钟后打浆,在30-40℃下加入酵母,发酵2-3小时,然后加入步骤(2)所得物料,小火煨成糊状;
(4)将小麦胚芽与步骤(3)所得物料混合送入炒锅,小火炒香后出锅,送入烘箱烘至含水量降至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与步骤(1)所得物料、剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明配方合理科学,其中添加的梗米、黄米富含蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等多种营养物质,有益于人体健康,且使本发明米香浓郁,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有清心明目、滋阴养肾、清肺和胃、养血通络的功效。
具体实施方式
一种胡椒杂粮小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:小麦胚芽400、合欢花1.2、覆盆子1.6、覆盆子叶2.3、天门冬1.8、枇杷叶1.5、龙常草2.3、壶卢子2.3、梗米22、黄米14、龙井茶叶末11、胡椒5、酵母0.4、橙汁7、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:薏仁油0.2、豆豉70、旋花根1、鸡冠花1、桑黄1.2、梨叶1、柚子皮5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

小麦胚芽400-440、合欢花1-1.2、覆盆子1.4-1.6、覆盆子叶2-2.3、天门冬1.6-1.8、枇杷叶1.4-1.5、龙常草2.3-1.5、壶卢子2-2.3、梗米20-22、黄米10-14、龙井茶叶末10-11、胡椒5-6、酵母0.3-0.4、橙汁7-8、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;
