一种香辣海苔小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽400-440、芦根1-1.2、佛手花2-2.3、牛大力1.5-1.7、枳实1.4-1.6、草果1.2-1.5、女贞叶2.3-2.5、黑种草3-3.3、银耳汤7-8、芦荟果肉10-11、麦芽糖4-5、西瓜皮25-30、海藻冻干粉3-4、绿茶粉7-9、海苔15-20、芥末2-3、啤酒45-50、营养添加剂4-5。本发明添加了麦芽糖和芥末,其配比合理,使得本发明甜辣爽口,可增进消费者的食欲,而本发明添加的银耳汤营养滋补,显著提升了本发明的营养价值,此外,本发明还具有疏肝理气、强筋活络、益气养心、和胃明目的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种小麦胚芽,尤其涉及一种香辣海苔小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦胚芽是是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种香辣海苔小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种香辣海苔小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽400-440、芦根1-1.2、佛手花2-2.3、牛大力1.5-1.7、枳实1.4-1.6、草果1.2-1.5、女贞叶2.3-2.5、黑种草3-3.3、银耳汤7-8、芦荟果肉10-11、麦芽糖4-5、西瓜皮25-30、海藻冻干粉3-4、绿茶粉7-9、海苔15-20、芥末2-3、啤酒45-50、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的香辣海苔小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将芦根、佛手花、牛大力、枳实、草果、女贞叶、黑种草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,在所得提取液中加入麦芽糖,大火加热搅拌至麦芽糖完全融化;
(2)将芦荟果肉、西瓜皮加啤酒打浆,在所得浆液中加入芥末、银耳汤,小火加热,熬煮至粘稠,得调味酱;
(3)将小麦胚芽与步骤(1)所得物料混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥,加入调味酱,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘至含水量降至5-6%时出料,进行粉碎;
(4)将海苔碾碎,与步骤(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明添加了麦芽糖和芥末,其配比合理,使得本发明甜辣爽口,可增进消费者的食欲,而本发明添加的银耳汤营养滋补,显著提升了本发明的营养价值,此外,本发明还具有疏肝理气、强筋活络、益气养心、和胃明目的功效。
具体实施方式
一种香辣海苔小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:小麦胚芽400、芦根1.2、佛手花2.3、牛大力1.7、枳实1.6、草果1.5、女贞叶2.3、黑种草3.3、银耳汤7、芦荟果肉11、麦芽糖5、西瓜皮30、海藻冻干粉3、绿茶粉7、海苔20、芥末2、啤酒50、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:薏仁油0.2、豆豉70、旋花根1、鸡冠花1、桑黄1.2、梨叶1、柚子皮5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

1.一种香辣海苔小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽400-440、芦根1-1.2、佛手花2-2.3、牛大力1.5-1.7、枳实1.4-1.6、草果1.2-1.5、女贞叶2.3-2.5、黑种草3-3.3、银耳汤7-8、芦荟果肉10-11、麦芽糖4-5、西瓜皮25-30、海藻冻干粉3-4、绿茶粉7-9、海苔15-20、芥末2-3、啤酒45-50、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香辣海苔小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
