1.一种美容养生粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成: 糯米100-110、黄芪2-3、薄荷叶1-2、牛蒡子3-4、橘络2.5_3、石榴叶1-1.2、岩风子1.2-1.4、阳雀花1.5-2、猪肥肉7-9、可乐2-2.5、杨梅20-22、白酒5-6、红糖3_4、蜜枣10-12、西瓜皮10-12、银耳18-20、碎米芽菜15-18、地瓜粉8-9、杏仁7-8、奶粉8-9、营养添加剂7-8 ; 所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:木瓜籽3-4、决明子2-3、麦冬4-5、女贞子1-2、鸡肉14-16、奶油4-5、青梅7-8、红豆沙20-25 ; 制备方法为:(I)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤; (2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美容养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (1)将黄芪、薄荷叶、牛蒡子、橘络、石榴叶、岩风子、阳雀花加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液; (2)将杨梅加白酒、红糖腌溃60-70分钟后捣碎,然后用纱布过滤,得杨梅汁; (3)将猪肥肉切成丁,加可乐腌溃30-40分钟,然后将猪肥肉丁取出晾干,送入锅中小火加热40-45分钟后出料,过滤除渣,所得猪油与糯米混合倒入炒锅,小火炒制20-30分钟; (4)将蜜枣倒入开水锅中,大火煮制5-7分钟后捞出,去核,打成泥,得枣泥; (5)将西瓜皮切成丁,与银耳、碎米芽菜混合入锅,加10-11倍的水大火煮沸,然后加入步骤(I)、(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料及剩余物料,小火加热搅拌10-12分钟,即得。
