一种美容养生粥及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米100-110、黄芪2-3、薄荷叶1-2、牛蒡子3-4、橘络2.5-3、石榴叶1-1.2、岩风子1.2-1.4、阳雀花1.5-2、猪肥肉7-9、可乐2-2.5、杨梅20-22、白酒5-6、红糖3-4、蜜枣10-12、西瓜皮10-12、银耳18-20、碎米芽菜15-18、地瓜粉8-9、杏仁7-8、奶粉8-9、营养添加剂7-8。本发明的粥口味清甜,且具有淡淡的酒香,风味独特,而糯米经过由猪肥肉熬炼而成的油的炒制后,更加香郁可口,同时,本发明营养丰富,其中银耳与蜜枣相搭配,营养滋补,且可补血养颜,此外本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有补脾益胃、理气通络、补气益肾的功效。

背景技术
粥是我国的传统食品,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。目前,市场上销售的粥的种类繁多,但大多不具有保健功效,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种美容养生粥及其制备方法,本发明具有香郁可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种美容养生粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
糯米100-110、黄芪2-3、薄荷叶1-2、牛蒡子3-4、橘络2.5-3、石榴叶1-1.2、岩风子1.2-1.4、阳雀花1.5-2、猪肥肉7-9、可乐2-2.5、杨梅20-22、白酒5-6、红糖3-4、蜜枣10-12、西瓜皮10-12、银耳18-20、碎米芽菜15-18、地瓜粉8-9、杏仁7-8、奶粉8-9、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:木瓜籽3-4、决明子2-3、麦冬4-5、女贞子1-2、鸡肉14-16、奶油4-5、青梅7-8、红豆沙20-25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
(2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。
所述的美容养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄芪、薄荷叶、牛蒡子、橘络、石榴叶、岩风子、阳雀花加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将杨梅加白酒、红糖腌渍60-70分钟后捣碎,然后用纱布过滤,得杨梅汁;
(3)将猪肥肉切成丁,加可乐腌渍30-40分钟,然后将猪肥肉丁取出晾干,送入锅中小火加热40-45分钟后出料,过滤除渣,所得猪油与糯米混合倒入炒锅,小火炒制20-30分钟;
(4)将蜜枣倒入开水锅中,大火煮制5-7分钟后捞出,去核,打成泥,得枣泥;
(5)将西瓜皮切成丁,与银耳、碎米芽菜混合入锅,加10-11倍的水大火煮沸,然后加入步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料及剩余物料,小火加热搅拌10-12分钟,即得。
本发明中的岩风子为铁线蕨科植物假鞭叶铁线蕨的全草,阳雀花为豆科植物云南锦鸡儿的花。

一种美容养生粥,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
糯米100、黄芪3、薄荷叶2、牛蒡子3、橘络2.5、石榴叶1.2、岩风子1.4、阳雀花1.5、猪肥肉9、可乐2.5、杨梅22、白酒6、红糖3、蜜枣12、西瓜皮10、银耳20、碎米芽菜18、地瓜粉8、杏仁8、奶粉9、营养添加剂8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:木瓜籽3、决明子3、麦冬5、女贞子1、鸡肉16、奶油5、青梅7、红豆沙25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
(2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。

糯米100-110、黄芪2-3、薄荷叶1-2、牛蒡子3-4、橘络2.5-3、石榴叶1-1.2、岩风子1.2-1.4、阳雀花1.5-2、猪肥肉7-9、可乐2-2.5、杨梅20-22、白酒5-6、红糖3-4、蜜枣10-12、西瓜皮10-12、银耳18-20、碎米芽菜15-18、地瓜粉8-9、杏仁7-8、奶粉8-9、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:木瓜籽3-4、决明子2-3、麦冬4-5、女贞子1-2、鸡肉14-16、奶油4-5、青梅7-8、红豆沙20-25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
