本发明公开了一种鱼浆豆渣降压粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:大米90-95、干芦笋粉6-7、山楂汁5-6、海白菜6-7、营养添加剂7-9、皮蛋黄6-7、火腿3-5、桑葚5-6、鲜鱼浆4-6、饼干屑3-3.4、樱桃8-9、黄豆渣3-4、兰姆酒5-5.4、峨屏草3-3.4、天浆壳3-3.3、松树皮2.5-3.3、辛夷花2.9-3.2、薤白3-4、麻黄2-4;本发明的粥馅加入了干芦笋粉、山楂汁、海白菜等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如辛夷花、松树皮、峨屏草的加入,赋予了本发明很好的息风清热、强壮行气、敛疮生肌的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健粥,尤其涉及一种鱼浆豆渣降压粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是我国的传统早餐,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。但现有粥存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加粥所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种鱼浆豆渣降压粥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种鱼浆豆渣降压粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:
大米90-95、干芦笋粉6-7、山楂汁5-6、海白菜6-7、营养添加剂7-9、皮蛋黄6-7、火腿3-5、桑葚5-6、鲜鱼浆4-6、饼干屑3-3.4、樱桃8-9、黄豆渣3-4、 兰姆酒5-5.4、峨屏草3-3.4、天浆壳3-3.3、松树皮2.5-3.3、辛夷花2.9-3.2、薤白3-4、麻黄2-4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3-3.3、藕节2-2.4、菠萝叶3-4.4、莲房2-2.8、枣花蜜5-6、芝麻酱7-8、海苔片3-4、兔肉20-25,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤5-7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;
一种鱼浆豆渣降压粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将峨屏草、天浆壳、松树皮等中草药加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤分离,得药液;
(2)鲜鱼浆与饼干屑混合入锅熬煮,得香糊;桑葚切碎待用,营养添加剂与皮蛋黄兑山楂汁混合捣碎搅拌均匀,拌入桑葚碎,摊成饼状,表面涂抹香糊,共同上锅烘烤5-7分钟,取出切碎;
(3)干芦笋粉与黄豆渣兑兰姆酒混合搅拌成泥状,火腿、海白菜混合切碎,由黄豆芦笋泥包裹成团状,上锅用药液加水熏蒸20-30分钟,去豆渣芦笋泥,取出火腿、海白菜,待用;
(4)火腿、海白菜与大米混合倒入锅中,加3-5倍的水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的粥馅加入了干芦笋粉、山楂汁、海白菜等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如辛夷花、松树皮、峨屏草的加入,赋予了本发明很好的息风清热、强壮行气、敛疮生肌的作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种鱼浆豆渣降压粥,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
大米95、干芦笋粉7、山楂汁5、海白菜7、营养添加剂9、皮蛋黄7、火腿5、桑葚5、鲜鱼浆4、饼干屑3.4、樱桃8、黄豆渣4、兰姆酒5.4、峨屏草3.4、天浆壳3.3、松树皮3.3、辛夷花3.2、薤白4、麻黄4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3.3、藕节2.4、菠萝叶3、莲房2、枣花蜜5、芝麻酱8、海苔片4、兔肉20,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加5倍的水小火熬煮35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;

1.一种鱼浆豆渣降压粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米90-95、干芦笋粉6-7、山楂汁5-6、海白菜6-7、营养添加剂7-9、皮蛋黄6-7、火腿3-5、桑葚5-6、鲜鱼浆4-6、饼干屑3-3.4、樱桃8-9、黄豆渣3-4、兰姆酒5-5.4、峨屏草3-3.4、天浆壳3-3.3、松树皮2.5-3.3、辛夷花2.9-3.2、薤白3-4、麻黄2-4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼浆豆渣降压粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
