本发明公开了一种紫薯梅花散郁粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:紫薯150-160、大米100-150、营养添加剂4-5、甲鱼肉6-10、米醋2-3、鲜竹笋8-10、柠檬皮16-17、馄饨皮13-14、冻豆腐9-14、荷叶3-6、鱼籽10-15、西瓜皮15-17、竹荪汁3-4、葱姜末4-5、香堇菜7-10、汾酒3-4、葱花4-7、茶叶渣7-9、阿胶2.6-2.8、芍药0.9-1、香薷1-1.5、梅花1-2、七爪风2.2-3;本发明的紫薯粥加入了鱼籽、香堇菜、柠檬皮等成分,丰富了紫薯粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如七爪风、阿胶、梅花的加入,赋予了本发明很好的补血滋阴、开胃散郁、生津化痰的作用。

本发明涉及一种保健紫薯,尤其涉及一种紫薯梅花散郁粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,用紫薯制备的各种保健食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了紫薯原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的紫薯食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种紫薯梅花散郁粥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种紫薯梅花散郁粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫薯150-160、大米100-150、营养添加剂4-5、甲鱼肉6-10、米醋2-3、鲜竹笋8-10、柠檬皮16-17、馄饨皮13-14、冻豆腐9-14、荷叶3-6、鱼籽10-15、西瓜皮15-17、竹荪汁3-4、葱姜末4-5、香堇菜7-10、汾酒3-4、葱花4-7、茶叶渣7-9、阿胶2.6-2.8、芍药0.9-1、香薷1-1.5、梅花1-2、七爪风2.2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1-3、夜交藤2.4-3、南烛叶2.8-3.2、莲子壳3-4、茉莉花蕾1-1.5、莲子芯4-5、巴旦木果仁4-5、鳄梨28-30、冰糖1-2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁; 
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2-3天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,最后向梨腹内兑入药汁,送入烤箱200-250℃下烘烤10-20分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉,即得。
一种紫薯梅花散郁粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将阿胶、芍药、香薷、梅花、七爪风用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)柠檬皮切丝,大米洗净拌入鱼籽、中药粉、葱姜末以及柠檬皮丝的混合物,兑1-1.5倍水上锅煮熟,取出熟大米待用;
(3)竹荪汁加热,鲜竹笋去皮切丝,拌入热竹荪汁混合腌渍30-40分钟,取出摊开,置于阳光下晒干,待用;甲鱼肉、馄饨皮混合切碎,加1-1.5倍水上锅混合熬煮30-35分钟,取出待用;
(4)冻豆腐解冻切碎,西瓜皮切丁,与冻豆腐混合拌入茶叶渣、米醋,用荷叶包裹,上锅隔水蒸熟,取出荷叶内物料,去掉茶叶渣,待用;香堇菜用汾酒浸泡3-4小时,取出切碎待用;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料加适量的水混合熬煮至粘稠,再加入步骤(4)所得物料以及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的紫薯粥加入了鱼籽、香堇菜、柠檬皮等成分,丰富了紫薯粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如七爪风、阿胶、梅花的加入,赋予了本发明很好的补血滋阴、开胃散郁、生津化痰的作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种紫薯梅花散郁粥,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
紫薯160、大米100、营养添加剂5、甲鱼肉10、米醋3、鲜竹笋10、柠檬皮17、馄饨皮13、冻豆腐14、荷叶6、鱼籽15、西瓜皮15、竹荪汁3、葱姜末4-5、香堇菜10、汾酒4、葱花7、茶叶渣7、阿胶2.6、芍药0.9、香薷1.5、梅花2、七爪风3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1、夜交藤2.4、南烛叶2.8、莲子壳3、茉莉花蕾1.5、莲子芯4、巴旦木果仁4、鳄梨30、冰糖2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁; 
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,兑药汁,200-250℃下烘烤10分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉即得。
一种紫薯梅花散郁粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将阿胶、芍药、香薷、梅花、七爪风用6倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)柠檬皮切丝,大米洗净拌入鱼籽、中药粉、葱姜末以及柠檬皮丝的混合物,兑1-1.5倍水上锅煮熟,取出熟大米待用;
(3)竹荪汁加热,鲜竹笋去皮切丝,拌入热竹荪汁混合腌渍40分钟,取出摊开,置于阳光下晒干,待用;甲鱼肉、馄饨皮混合切碎,加1.5倍水上锅混合熬煮30-35分钟,取出待用;
(4)冻豆腐解冻切碎,西瓜皮切丁,与冻豆腐混合拌入茶叶渣、米醋,用荷叶包裹,上锅隔水蒸熟,取出荷叶内物料,去掉茶叶渣,待用;香堇菜用汾酒浸泡4小时,取出切碎待用;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料加适量的水混合熬煮至粘稠,再加入步骤(4)所得物料以及剩余物料,小火继续加热15分钟,即得。

1.一种紫薯梅花散郁粥,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫薯150-160、大米100-150、营养添加剂4-5、甲鱼肉6-10、米醋2-3、鲜竹笋8-10、柠檬皮16-17、馄饨皮13-14、冻豆腐9-14、荷叶3-6、鱼籽10-15、西瓜皮15-17、竹荪汁3-4、葱姜末4-5、香堇菜7-10、汾酒3-4、葱花4-7、茶叶渣7-9、阿胶2.6-2.8、芍药0.9-1、香薷1-1.5、梅花1-2、七爪风2.2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1-3、夜交藤2.4-3、南烛叶2.8-3.2、莲子壳3-4、茉莉花蕾1-1.5、莲子芯4-5、巴旦木果仁4-5、鳄梨28-30、冰糖1-2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁; 
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2-3天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,最后向梨腹内兑入药汁,送入烤箱200-250℃下烘烤10-20分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紫薯梅花散郁粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)将阿胶、芍药、香薷、梅花、七爪风用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)柠檬皮切丝,大米洗净拌入鱼籽、中药粉、葱姜末以及柠檬皮丝的混合物,兑1-1.5倍水上锅煮熟,取出熟大米待用;
(3)竹荪汁加热,鲜竹笋去皮切丝,拌入热竹荪汁混合腌渍30-40分钟,取出摊开,置于阳光下晒干,待用;甲鱼肉、馄饨皮混合切碎,加1-1.5倍水上锅混合熬煮30-35分钟,取出待用;
(4)冻豆腐解冻切碎,西瓜皮切丁,与冻豆腐混合拌入茶叶渣、米醋,用荷叶包裹,上锅隔水蒸熟,取出荷叶内物料,去掉茶叶渣,待用;香堇菜用汾酒浸泡3-4小时,取出切碎待用;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料加适量的水混合熬煮至粘稠,再加入步骤(4)所得物料以及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
