本发明公开了一种清热散淤果香紫薯酱,由下列重量份的原料制成:紫薯150-160、营养添加剂7-9、茉莉花瓣3-4、麻椒2-5、竹醋液7-8、苔干10-16、八角2-3、豌豆壳8-10、破壁茶花花粉8-9、陈皮6-7、蓝藻粉7-8、苹果泥17-18、蒜泥35-36、海苔10-30、兔腿肉13-20、槲叶2-2.4、石韦2.4-3.2、冬葵子2-3.1、菠萝叶0.8-1、峨参2.1-2.6、刺五加2.8-3;本发明方法生产的紫薯酱采用多种蔬果做为原料,增加了紫薯酱的口味及营养价值,同时由于原料中增加了槲叶、石韦、峨参、冬葵子等多种中药成分,使得本发明紫薯产品具有清热利湿、润肺泄热、消食健脾的保健作用。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种保健紫薯,尤其涉及一种清热散淤果香紫薯酱及其制备方法。
背景技术
[0002] 人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,用紫薯制备的各种保健食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了紫薯原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的紫薯食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种清热散淤果香紫薯酱及其制备方法。
[0004] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种清热散淤果香紫薯酱,由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫薯150-160、营养添加剂7-9、茉莉花瓣3-4、麻椒2-5、竹醋液7-8、苔干10-16、八角2-3、豌豆壳8-10、破壁茶花花粉8-9、陈皮6-7、蓝藻粉7-8、苹果泥17-18、蒜泥35-36、海苔10-30、兔腿肉13-20、槲叶2-2.4、石韦2.4-3.2、冬葵子2-3.1、菠萝叶0.8-1、蛾参
2.1-2.6、刺五加 2.8-3 ;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1-3、夜交藤2.4-3、南烛叶2.8-3.2、莲子壳3-4、茉莉花蕾1-1.5、莲子芯4-5、巴旦木果仁4-5、鳄梨28-30、冰糖1-2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2-3天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,最后向梨腹内兑入药汁,送入烤箱200-2501下烘烤10-20分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉,即得。
[0005] 一种清热散瘀果香紫薯酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将槲叶、石韦、冬葵子、菠萝叶、蛾参、刺五加用6-9倍量的水浸提后,滤得到中药汁;
(2)紫薯洗净带皮挖小孔,塞入蒜泥与破壁茶花花粉的混合物,上烤炉烤熟后,取出去皮,捣碎待用;
(3)兔腿肉切丝,用竹醋液混合腌溃1-2小时,麻椒、八角入油锅混合翻炒2-3下,倒入兔腿肉丝,兑中药汁,大火煮沸,再加入陈皮、蓝藻粉混合搅拌均匀,20-30分钟后,取出兔腿肉丝,待用;
(4)苹果泥拌入豌豆壳、茉莉花瓣的混合物,混合上锅隔水熏蒸10-20分钟,去豌豆壳,晾干待用;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料以及剩余物料混合倒入锅中,加适量的水混合搅拌均匀,大火煮沸后小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。

本发明方法生产的紫薯酱采用多种蔬果做为原料,增加了紫薯酱的口味及营养价值,同时由于原料中增加了槲叶、石韦、蛾参、冬葵子等多种中药成分,使得本发明紫薯产品具有清热利湿、润肺泄热、消食健脾的保健作用。
具体实施方式

实施例1:
一种清热散淤果香紫薯酱,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
紫薯160、营养添加剂9、茉莉花瓣4、麻椒5、竹醋液8、苔干16、八角3、豌豆壳10、破壁茶花花粉9、陈皮7、蓝藻粉8、苹果泥18、蒜泥36、海苔30、兔腿肉20、槲叶2.4、石韦3.2、冬葵子3.1、菠萝叶0.8、蛾参2.6、刺五加2.8 ;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
栝楼皮2.1、夜交藤2.4、南烛叶2.8、莲子壳3、茉莉花蕾1.5、莲子芯4、巴旦木果仁4、鳄梨30、冰糖2、啤酒适量;
制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,兑药汁,200-250°C下烘烤10分钟;
(3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉即得。
[0008] 一种清热散淤果香紫薯酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将槲叶、石韦、冬葵子、菠萝叶、蛾参、刺五加用9倍量的水浸提后,滤得到中药汁;
(2)紫薯洗净带皮挖小孔,塞入蒜泥与破壁茶花花粉的混合物,上烤炉烤熟后,取出去皮,捣碎待用;
(3)兔腿肉切丝,用竹醋液混合腌溃2小时,麻椒、八角入油锅混合翻炒3下,倒入兔腿肉丝,兑中药汁,大火煮沸,再加入陈皮、蓝藻粉混合搅拌均匀,30分钟后,取出兔腿肉丝,待用;
(4)苹果泥拌入豌豆壳、茉莉花瓣的混合物,混合上锅隔水熏蒸20分钟,去豌豆壳,晾干待用;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料以及剩余物料混合倒入锅中,加适量的水混合搅拌均匀,大火煮沸后小火继续加热15分钟,即得。

1.一种清热散淤果香紫薯酱,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成: 紫薯150-160、营养添加剂7-9、茉莉花瓣3-4、麻椒2-5、竹醋液7-8、苔干10-16、八角2-3、豌豆壳8-10、破壁茶花花粉8-9、陈皮6-7、蓝藻粉7-8、苹果泥17-18、蒜泥35-36、海苔10-30、兔腿肉13-20、槲叶2-2.4、石韦2.4-3.2、冬葵子2-3.1、菠萝叶0.8-1、蛾参2.1-2.6、刺五加 2.8-3 ; 所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成: 栝楼皮2.1-3、夜交藤2.4-3、南烛叶2.8-3.2、莲子壳3-4、茉莉花蕾1-1.5、莲子芯4-5、巴旦木果仁4-5、鳄梨28-30、冰糖1-2、啤酒适量; 制备方法为:(1)栝楼皮、夜交藤、南烛叶、茉莉花蕾、莲子壳洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁; (2)鳄梨去核挖空,悬挂至盛有啤酒的木桶中密封2-3天,取出向腹内塞入冰糖、莲子芯,最后向梨腹内兑入药汁,送入烤箱200-2501下烘烤10-20分钟; (3)取出鳄梨,切片烘干,与巴旦木果仁混合磨粉,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热散瘀果香紫薯酱的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (1)将槲叶、石韦、冬葵子、菠萝叶、蛾参、刺五加用6-9倍量的水浸提后,滤得到中药汁; (2)紫薯洗净带皮挖小孔,塞入蒜泥与破壁茶花花粉的混合物,上烤炉烤熟后,取出去皮,捣碎待用; (3)兔腿肉切丝,用竹醋液混合腌溃1-2小时,麻椒、八角入油锅混合翻炒2-3下,倒入兔腿肉丝,兑中药汁,大火煮沸,再加入陈皮、蓝藻粉混合搅拌均匀,20-30分钟后,取出兔腿肉丝,待用; (4)苹果泥拌入豌豆壳、茉莉花瓣的混合物,混合上锅隔水熏蒸10-20分钟,去豌豆壳,晾干待用; (5)将步骤(2^ (3), (4)所得物料以及剩余物料混合倒入锅中,加适量的水混合搅拌均匀,大火煮沸后小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
