本发明涉及一种蔬菜粉,尤其涉及一种荸荠速溶粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
荸荠作为一种绿色蔬菜,天然无污染,但长期放置容易脱水导致营养成分流失,把荸荠做成粉末状能够延长保质期;本发明以荸荠、花生仁、荞麦仁、葡萄籽为主料,与多种配料一起加工成速溶粉,方便快捷,营养丰富。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种荸荠速溶粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种荸荠速溶粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
荸荠80-100、花生仁17-20、荞麦仁10-12、葡萄籽13-15、百合3-4、栀子1-2、熟地黄2-3、牡丹皮2-3、茜草1-2、无花果2-3、决明子3-4、丹参1-2、芹菜粉2-3、绿茶粉1-2、紫薯粉4-5、麦芽糖醇3-4、香兰素1-2。
一种荸荠速溶粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将荸荠去皮洗净,浸泡在浓度为3-4%的食盐水中30-40分钟,捞出荸荠,送入蒸锅,文火蒸熟,冷冻干燥,磨粉,过80-100目筛,得到荸荠粉;
(2)将百合用水泡开,与4-5倍清水混合煮熟后打浆,得到百合浆,与晒干的花生仁、荞麦仁、葡萄籽混合,送入锅中,小火炒至熟香,磨粉,得到粉料;
(3)将栀子、熟地黄、牡丹皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入6-7倍清水,文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述荸荠粉、粉料、浓缩液与剩余原料混合均匀,真空烘干后粉碎,过100-120目筛,灭菌包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明以荸荠、花生仁、荞麦仁、葡萄籽为主料,与多种配料一起加工成荸荠速溶粉,其保质期长、营养丰富、口感香甜、香味浓郁,可直接用开水冲调饮用,具有降压降脂、保护视力、健脾和胃、润肺化痰、润肠通便的功效。

一种荸荠速溶粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
荸荠100、花生仁20、荞麦仁12、葡萄籽15、百合4、栀子2、熟地黄3、牡丹皮3、茜草2、无花果3、决明子4、丹参2、芹菜粉3、绿茶粉2、紫薯粉5、麦芽糖醇4、香兰素2。
一种荸荠速溶粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将荸荠去皮洗净,浸泡在浓度为4%的食盐水中30分钟,捞出荸荠,送入蒸锅,文火蒸熟,冷冻干燥,磨粉,过100目筛,得到荸荠粉;
(2)将百合用水泡开,与4倍清水混合煮熟后打浆,得到百合浆,与晒干的花生仁、荞麦仁、葡萄籽混合,送入锅中,小火炒至熟香,磨粉,得到粉料;
(3)将栀子、熟地黄、牡丹皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入6倍清水,文火煎煮50分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述荸荠粉、粉料、浓缩液与剩余原料混合均匀,真空烘干后粉碎,过120目筛,灭菌包装,得到成品。

1.一种荸荠速溶粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
荸荠80-100、花生仁17-20、荞麦仁10-12、葡萄籽13-15、百合3-4、栀子1-2、熟地黄2-3、牡丹皮2-3、茜草1-2、无花果2-3、决明子3-4、丹参1-2、芹菜粉2-3、绿茶粉1-2、紫薯粉4-5、麦芽糖醇3-4、香兰素1-2。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的荸荠速溶粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将荸荠去皮洗净,浸泡在浓度为3-4%的食盐水中30-40分钟,捞出荸荠,送入蒸锅,文火蒸熟,冷冻干燥,磨粉,过80-100目筛,得到荸荠粉;
(2)将百合用水泡开,与4-5倍清水混合煮熟后打浆,得到百合浆,与晒干的花生仁、荞麦仁、葡萄籽混合,送入锅中,小火炒至熟香,磨粉,得到粉料;
(3)将栀子、熟地黄、牡丹皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入6-7倍清水,文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述荸荠粉、粉料、浓缩液与剩余原料混合均匀,真空烘干后粉碎,过100-120目筛,灭菌包装,得到成品。
