背景技术
    人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种当归鸡肉汤及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种当归鸡肉汤,,由以下重量份原料制成:苹果汁100-120、西柚60-70、蓝莓60-70、黑米30-40、黑芝麻20-30、桂圆15-20、乌鸡肉15-20、黑木耳10-15、洋葱汁60-70、当归5-7、阿胶5-6、川芎4-5、人参5-6、绿萼梅4-5、地笋4-5、兰草叶2-3、诃子1-2、食品添加剂8-10、红茶6-8、红糖60-70、水适量:
食品添加剂由以下重量份原料制成:红薯50-60、玉米40-50、大白菜40-50、三文鱼肉20-30、榛子仁15-20、番茄汁50-60、心胆草5-6、人参6-7、小茴香籽4-5、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将红薯洗净去皮后,切成块,与洗净的玉米、大白菜一起放入锅中,加适量水,煮熟后打成浆汁备用;
(2)将三文鱼肉、榛子仁洗净,放入锅中,加番茄汁,煮熟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将心胆草、人参、小茴香籽用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将步骤1、步骤2中的浆汁、提取液合并,混匀即可。
一种当归鸡肉汤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将西柚、蓝莓洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机,加苹果汁,榨汁,过滤,得到果汁备用;
(2)将黑米、黑芝麻洗净,放入锅中,炒熟后,碾成粉末备用;
(3)将桂圆、黑木耳洗净,与洗净切块的乌鸡肉一起放入锅中,加洋葱汁、适量水,将红茶做成红茶包放入锅中,加热焖煮50-60分钟,待乌鸡入味后,取出红茶包,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(4)将当归、阿胶、川芎、人参、绿萼梅、地笋、兰草叶、诃子用5-9倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(5)将果汁、粉末、滤液、提取液、食品添加剂、红糖混合,充分搅拌,混匀后,灌装即可。

食品添加剂由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:红薯50、玉米40、大白菜40、三文鱼肉20、榛子仁15、番茄汁50、心胆草5、人参6、小茴香籽4、水适量;

1.一种当归鸡肉汤,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:苹果汁100-120、西柚60-70、蓝莓60-70、黑米30-40、黑芝麻20-30、桂圆15-20、乌鸡肉15-20、黑木耳10-15、洋葱汁60-70、当归5-7、阿胶5-6、川芎4-5、人参5-6、绿萼梅4-5、地笋4-5、兰草叶2-3、诃子1-2、食品添加剂8-10、红茶6-8、红糖60-70、水适量:
所述食品添加剂由以下重量份原料制成:红薯50-60、玉米40-50、大白菜40-50、三文鱼肉20-30、榛子仁15-20、番茄汁50-60、心胆草5-6、人参6-7、小茴香籽4-5、水适量;
