人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种酸奶红豆饼干及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种酸奶红豆饼干,由以下重量份原料制成:大米粉395-400、豌豆粉60-65、土豆30-34、荷叶适量、红枣汁10-15、红豆25-29、板栗仁20-25、肉松30-35、酸奶60-70、木瓜适量、珍珠母5-6、阿胶6-7、北芪6-7、灵芝6-7、枣花粉4-5、猴腿菜2-3、打火草2-3、营养添加剂13-15、橄榄油10-13、食盐适量、蔗糖适量、水适量:
营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:薏仁20-25、杨桃30-40、莲藕汁60-70、西瓜汁60-70、柚子汁50-60、生姜8-10、橘络6-8、荠菜籽4-6、黄瓜霜5-6、水适量;
营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将杨桃洗净,切碎,与洗净的薏仁一起放入锅中,加入莲藕汁、西瓜汁,加热焖煮至薏仁化开,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(2)将生姜、橘络、荠菜籽、黄瓜霜用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(3)将步骤1中滤液、提取液与柚子汁混合,置于锅中,加热浓缩,得到浓缩液,即营养添加剂。
一种酸奶红豆饼干的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将土豆洗净去皮,切成片后放在铺有荷叶的蒸屉上,喷上红枣汁,加热焖蒸40-50分钟,将土豆取出,晒干后磨成土豆粉备用;
(2)将木瓜洗净,切开成两半,去籽,将红豆、板栗仁洗净,与酸奶、肉松混匀后分装在木瓜中,将木瓜放在蒸锅中,蒸35-40分钟,取木瓜中所有物料放入磨浆机中磨成浆液备用;
(3)将珍珠母、阿胶、北芪、灵芝、枣花粉、猴腿菜、打火草用5-9倍量的水提取,过滤,得到提取物备用;
(4)将土豆粉、步骤2中浆液、提取物与剩余原料中除水、木瓜、荷叶外的其他物料合并,加适量水,充分搅拌,待形成面团做成饼干,入烤箱烤熟即可。

1.一种酸奶红豆饼干,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:大米粉395-400、豌豆粉60-65、土豆30-34、荷叶适量、红枣汁10-15、红豆25-29、板栗仁20-25、肉松30-35、酸奶60-70、木瓜适量、珍珠母5-6、阿胶6-7、北芪6-7、灵芝6-7、枣花粉4-5、猴腿菜2-3、打火草2-3、营养添加剂13-15、橄榄油10-13、食盐适量、蔗糖适量、水适量:
