    本发明主要涉及食品及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种草菇酸梅糕。
背景技术
    食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种草菇酸梅糕的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种草菇酸梅糕,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦粉100-120、藕粉100-120、冬瓜子粉10-15、草菇50-60、酸梅肉15-20、酸奶50-60、蜂蜜30-40、燕麦30-40、魔芋15-20、芦根3-4、青皮3-4、葛花5-6、火麻仁3-4、桑葚5-6、桃仁4-5、地骨皮2-3、龙利叶2-3、红糖50-60、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:茶油10-12、乳酸钙粉6-8、韭菜籽粉5-7、红豆15-20、玉米淀粉10-13、桂花粉6-8、柠檬汁10-15;
食品添加的制备方法如下,将红豆放入锅中,煮熟后,捞出,做成豆泥,与剩余物料合并,混匀即可。
一种草菇酸梅糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将草菇、酸梅肉洗净,做成碎粒,放入容器中,加入酸奶、蜂蜜,混匀后,隔水炖煮20-30分钟,将草菇、酸梅肉取出备用;
(2)将魔芋洗净去皮,切成块后与燕麦一起放入锅中,加入适量的水,焖煮35-45分钟,将魔芋、燕麦捞出,捣烂,做成芋泥备用;
(3)将芦根、青皮、葛花、火麻仁、桑葚、桃仁、地骨皮、龙利叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液备用;
(4)将小麦粉、藕粉、冬瓜子粉、红糖、食品添加剂、草菇、酸梅肉、芋泥、中药浓缩液合并,加入适量的水,充分搅拌,得到面团后,做成酸梅糕,蒸熟即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种草菇酸梅糕,具有酸甜的口感,制备工艺简单,添加草菇等食材,具有消食祛热、补脾益气、护肝健胃等作用,还特别添加芦根、青皮、葛花、火麻仁等中药材的提取物,具有一定的保健功效,适合大多数人食用。

一种草菇酸梅糕,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:小麦粉100、藕粉100、冬瓜子粉10、草菇50、酸梅肉15、酸奶50、蜂蜜30、燕麦30、魔芋15、芦根3、青皮3、葛花5、火麻仁3、桑葚5、桃仁4、地骨皮2、龙利叶2、红糖50、食品添加剂8、水适量:

1.一种草菇酸梅糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦粉100-120、藕粉100-120、冬瓜子粉10-15、草菇50-60、酸梅肉15-20、酸奶50-60、蜂蜜30-40、燕麦30-40、魔芋15-20、芦根3-4、青皮3-4、葛花5-6、火麻仁3-4、桑葚5-6、桃仁4-5、地骨皮2-3、龙利叶2-3、红糖50-60、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
