本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种草菇酸梅糕,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦粉100-120、藕粉100-120、冬瓜子粉10-15、草菇50-60、酸梅肉15-20、酸奶50-60、蜂蜜30-40、燕麦30-40、魔芋15-20、芦根3-4、青皮3-4、葛花5-6、火麻仁3-4、桑葚5-6、桃仁4-5、地骨皮2-3、龙利叶2-3、红糖50-60、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:茶油10-12、乳酸钙粉6-8、韭菜籽粉5-7、红豆15-20、玉米淀粉10-13、桂花粉6-8、柠檬汁10-15;
食品添加的制备方法如下,将红豆放入锅中,煮熟后,捞出,做成豆泥,与剩余物料合并,混匀即可。
一种草菇酸梅糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将草菇、酸梅肉洗净,做成碎粒,放入容器中,加入酸奶、蜂蜜,混匀后,隔水炖煮20-30分钟,将草菇、酸梅肉取出备用;

1.一种草菇酸梅糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:小麦粉100-120、藕粉100-120、冬瓜子粉10-15、草菇50-60、酸梅肉15-20、酸奶50-60、蜂蜜30-40、燕麦30-40、魔芋15-20、芦根3-4、青皮3-4、葛花5-6、火麻仁3-4、桑葚5-6、桃仁4-5、地骨皮2-3、龙脷叶2-3、红糖50-60、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
制备方法为:(1)将草菇、酸梅肉洗净,做成碎粒,放入容器中,加入酸奶、蜂蜜,混匀后,隔水炖煮20-30分钟,将草菇、酸梅肉取出备用;
(2)将魔芋洗净去皮,切成块后与燕麦一起放入锅中,加入适量的水,焖煮35-45分钟,将魔芋、燕麦捞出,捣烂,做成芋泥备用;
