本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种竹荪紫薯片的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种竹荪紫薯片,由以下重量份原料组成:紫薯300-340、西瓜汁320-350、竹荪30-40、红酒40-50、玉米粉60-70、黄瓜子粉10-13、红茶粉10-15、巧克力粉20-30、蒲公英5-6、干姜5-6、大枣4-5、莱菔子5-6、樱桃叶2-3、肉桂4-5、玉米须5-6、酸枣仁5-6、佩兰3-4、食品添加剂5-7、白糖适量、食盐适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:茉莉花粉1-2、胡萝卜粉5-6、杏仁油8-10、膳食纤维2-3、鳕鱼粉40-50、茄子粉40-50、山药汁80-100、菜籽油60-80;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下:将山药汁、菜籽油倒入锅中,冷却后,加入茉莉花粉、胡萝卜粉、杏仁油、膳食纤维、鳕鱼粉、茄子粉,混匀后备用。
一种竹荪紫薯片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将紫薯洗净,去皮并切成小块状,置于锅中,加入西瓜汁、食品添加剂,煮熟后,将锅中所有物料取出,做成紫薯泥备用;
(2)将竹荪洗净,做成碎粒,置于锅中,加入红酒,加热煮熟后,将竹荪取出备用;
(3)将蒲公英、干姜、大枣、莱菔子、樱桃叶、肉桂、玉米须、酸枣仁、佩兰用6-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(4)将玉米粉、黄瓜子粉、红茶粉、巧克力粉、紫薯泥、竹荪、中药粉、白糖、食盐合并,加入适量的水,充分搅拌,混匀后,做成紫薯片烤熟即可。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:茉莉花粉1-2、胡萝卜粉5-6、杏仁油8-10、膳食纤维2-3、鳕鱼粉40-50、茄子粉40-50、山药汁80-100、菜籽油60-80;
