一种养生糯米粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米500-550、甘草1-1.2、夏枯草1.3-1.4、决明子1.6-1.9、紫花地丁1.4-1.7、通花根1-1.2、地菍根1.4-1.6、蜂胶4-5、绿豆6-7、蚕豆7-8、奶油4-5、紫薯粉10-11、柠檬皮10-11、铁苋菜8-9、酵母0.1-0.2、营养添加剂7-8。本发明的添加的绿豆、蚕豆中含有丰富的蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素E及矿物质,还使得本发明具有一股清香,同时紫薯粉富含硒元素与花青素,具有抗氧化的作用,丰富了本发明的营养,此外,本发明还具有保健功效,经常食用可达到益气补中、清肝明目、润肺的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种糯米粉,尤其涉及一种养生糯米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
糯米粉是由糯米为原料制成,可用来制作汤团、元宵之类食品和家庭小吃。目前市场上销售的糯米粉的种类繁多,但多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种养生糯米粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特,营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种养生糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米500-550、甘草1-1.2、夏枯草1.3-1.4、决明子1.6-1.9、紫花地丁1.4-1.7、通花根1-1.2、地菍根1.4-1.6、蜂胶4-5、绿豆6-7、蚕豆7-8、奶油4-5、紫薯粉10-11、柠檬皮10-11、铁苋菜8-9、酵母0.1-0.2、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:甜瓜10-11、枇杷花1-1.2、霸王花0.8-1、龙眼壳1.4-1.6、倒生根1.2-1.3、豆干80-90、山楂片5-6、藕粉8-10;
制备方法为:(1)将甜瓜去皮去瓤,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得甜瓜汁;将枇杷花、霸王花、龙眼壳、倒生根置于甜瓜汁中密封浸泡2-3小时,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入山楂片,大火加热搅拌10-12分钟;
(2)将豆干切成条状,与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
所述的养生糯米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘草、夏枯草、决明子、紫花地丁、通花根、地菍根加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将绿豆、蚕豆加4-5倍的水打浆,在30-40℃下加入酵母,发酵2-3小时,然后加入蜂胶,密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(3)将糯米与步骤(1)、(2)所得物料混合送入锅中,小火加热,炒至锅底干燥时起锅,将所得物料研成粉末;
(4)将柠檬皮、铁苋菜加奶油拌匀,烘干后粉碎,然后与步骤(3)所得物料、剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。
本发明中的倒生根为蔷薇科植物插田泡的根,通花根为五加科植物通脱木的根,地菍根野牡丹科植物地菍的根。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的添加的绿豆、蚕豆中含有丰富的蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素E及矿物质,还使得本发明具有一股清香,同时紫薯粉富含硒元素与花青素,具有抗氧化的作用,丰富了本发明的营养,此外,本发明还具有保健功效,经常食用可达到益气补中、清肝明目、润肺的功效。
具体实施方式
一种养生糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
糯米500、甘草1.2、夏枯草1.4、决明子1.9、紫花地丁1.7、通花根1.2、地菍根1.6、蜂胶5、绿豆7、蚕豆8、奶油4、紫薯粉11、柠檬皮10、铁苋菜8、酵母0.2、营养添加剂8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:甜瓜11、枇杷花1.2、霸王花0.8、龙眼壳1.6、倒生根1.3、豆干90、山楂片5、藕粉10;
制备方法为:(1)将甜瓜去皮去瓤,加2-3倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得甜瓜汁;将枇杷花、霸王花、龙眼壳、倒生根置于甜瓜汁中密封浸泡2-3小时,过滤除渣,在所得滤液中加入山楂片,大火加热搅拌10-12分钟;
(2)将豆干切成条状,与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,烘干,即得。

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:甜瓜10-11、枇杷花1-1.2、霸王花0.8-1、龙眼壳1.4-1.6、倒生根1.2-1.3、豆干80-90、山楂片5-6、藕粉8-10;
