    本发明主要涉及饮料及其制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种薏仁果粒橙。
背景技术
    随着人们生活水平的提高,食品饮料行业也在发生着变化,饮料在口味以及产品种类上做出了很大的突破,但是很少有食品具有特殊的功效,这越来越不能满足人们对饮料高标准要求,应运市场的发展,饮品行业有待创新发展。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种薏仁果粒橙及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种薏仁果粒橙,由以下重量份原料制成:鲜橙80-100、橙汁360-370、薏仁30-40、红豆30-40、米酒65-85、百合10-12、桃花5-6、三七花4-6、牡丹花5-6、柑橙花苞5-6、玫瑰果5-6、酸枣仁5-6、布渣叶3-4、川萆薢2-3、食品添加剂8-10、白糖适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8-10、螺旋藻5-7、槐花5-7、菱角30-40、竹荪30-40、菱角茎4-5、蜂蜜50-60、米酒60-70、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入菱角茎、米酒、蜂蜜、适量水,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将提取液、浆汁合并,混匀后过滤,得到滤液备用。
一种薏仁果粒橙的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜橙洗净,取其果肉,不破坏果粒,将果粒散开备用;
(2)将薏仁、红豆洗净,置于锅中,加米酒、适量水,加热焖煮50-60分钟,将所有物料取出,打成浆汁备用;
(3)将百合、桃花、三七花、牡丹花、柑橙花苞、玫瑰果、酸枣仁、布渣叶、川萆薢用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将果粒、浆汁、提取液、食品添加剂、橙汁、白糖混合,分装在竹筒中,将竹筒加盖,竖直放在屉子中,蒸30-40分钟后,取出果粒橙即可。
