背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,食品饮料行业也在发生着变化,饮料在口味以及产品种类上做出了很大的突破,但是很少有食品具有特殊的功效,这越来越不能满足人们对饮料高标准要求,应运市场的发展,饮品行业有待创新发展。 
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种芒果西米露及其制备方法。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种芒果西米露,由以下重量份原料制成:芒果100-120、西米40-50、红豆20-30、燕麦20-30、椰汁200-220、酸奶200-220、芦荟5-7、丹参4-6、川芎4-6、三七4-6、板蓝根5-7、败竹荪30-40、菱角茎4-5、蜂蜜50-60、米酒60-70、水适量; 
食品添加酱草4-6、白蒺藜5-7、火炭母2-3、玉米黑霉粉2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量: 
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8-10、螺旋藻5-7、槐花5-7、菱角30-40、剂的制备方法:(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用; 
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入菱角茎、米酒、蜂蜜、适量水,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用; 
(3)将提取液、浆汁合并,混匀后过滤,得到滤液备用。 
一种芒果西米露的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将芒果洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中,榨汁,得到芒果汁备用; 
(2)将红豆、燕麦洗净,沥干水后,置于锅中,加热炒熟备用; 
(3)将芦荟、川芎、三七、板蓝根、败酱草、白蒺藜、火炭母、玉米黑霉粉用5-9倍量的水提取,得提取液备用; 
(4)将芒果汁、红豆、燕麦、提取液、西米、椰汁、酸奶、食品添加剂混合,分装在竹筒中,将竹筒加盖,竖直放在屉子中,蒸40-50分钟后,取出芒果西米露即可。

食品添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8、螺旋藻5、槐花5、菱角30、竹荪30、菱角茎4、蜂蜜50、米酒60、水适量; 
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用; 
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入米酒、蜂蜜,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用; 
(3)将提取液、浆汁合并,混匀后过滤,得到滤液备用。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8-10、螺旋藻5-7、槐花5-7、菱角30-40、竹荪30-40、菱角茎4-5、蜂蜜50-60、米酒60-70、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入菱角茎、米酒、蜂蜜、适量水,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
