本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种茉莉花胡萝卜汁,由以下重量份原料制成:莲藕50-60、胡萝卜100-120、雪梨60-70、茉莉花10-13、苦荞8-10、决明子5-6、女贞子4-6、玄参4-6、赤芍3-5、白叶火草2-3、布渣叶2-3、食品添加剂8-10、冰糖70-80、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8-10、螺旋藻5-7、槐花5-7、菱角30-40、竹荪30-40、菱角茎4-5、蜂蜜50-60、米酒60-70、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入菱角茎、米酒、蜂蜜、适量水,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将提取液、浆汁合并,混匀后过滤,得到滤液备用。
