    本发明主要涉及饮料及其制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种降脂麦苗柠檬汁。
背景技术
    人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种降脂麦苗柠檬汁及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种降脂麦苗柠檬汁,由以下重量份原料制成:柠檬100-120、小麦苗100-120、蜂蜜200-240、冷开水400-430、金针菇60-70、甜荞10-13、天星米20-30、蓝莓汁50-60、青梅粉35-40、辛夷花5-7、薏仁8-10、菊花6-8、决明子5-7、蜀葵子2-3、赤瓜木2-3、营养液10-14、蔗糖适量、新鲜竹筒适量、水适量:
营养液,由以下重量份原料制成:苜蓿芽10-15、醋栗15-20、青梅汁60-70、虫草菌丝体3-4、芦荟3-4、海藻2-3、荷叶灰2-3、鲜嫩椰子适量、水适量;
营养液的制备方法:(1)将苜蓿芽、醋栗洗净,将鲜嫩椰子顶端开口,留盖,倒掉椰子水,将苜蓿芽、醋栗混合青梅汁倒入椰子中,放入锅中,加适量水,焖煮至椰子中汁浓,取出所有物料,过滤得到滤液备用;
(2)将虫草菌丝体、芦荟、海藻、荷叶灰用5-8倍量的水提取物,得到提取液备用;
(3)将步骤1、步骤2中的滤液混合,并搅拌均匀即得营养液。
一种降脂麦苗柠檬汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柠檬、小麦苗洗净,切碎后,混合蜂蜜放入锅中,加热熬制,边加热边搅拌,加热30-35分钟后,将锅中所有物料取出混合冷开水,搅拌均匀后,过滤,得到汁液备用;
(2)将金针菇洗净,煮熟晒干后碾磨成粉,过200-300目筛,得到金针菇粉;将甜荞、天星米洗净,将南瓜洗净,去籽后,将甜荞、天星米混合蓝莓汁放入新鲜竹筒中,将竹筒封口,放在炭火上烤至甜荞、天星米溶化,取出竹筒中的所有物料,过滤,取滤液备用;
(3)将辛夷花、薏仁、菊花、决明子、蜀葵子、赤瓜木用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(4)将步骤1中汁液、金针菇粉、滤液、提取液与原料中除水外的其他剩余食用成分混合,搅拌均匀后,灌装即可。

营养液,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:苜蓿芽10、醋栗15、青梅汁60、虫草菌丝体3、芦荟3、海藻2、荷叶灰2、鲜嫩椰子适量、水适量;
营养液的制备方法:(1)将苜蓿芽、醋栗洗净,将鲜嫩椰子顶端开口,留盖,倒掉椰子水,将苜蓿芽、醋栗混合青梅汁倒入椰子中,放入锅中,加适量水,焖煮至椰子中汁浓,取出所有物料,过滤得到滤液备用;
(2)将虫草菌丝体、芦荟、海藻、荷叶灰用5倍量的水提取物,得到提取液备用;
(3)将步骤1、步骤2中的滤液混合,并搅拌均匀即得营养液。

(4)将步骤1中汁液、金针菇粉、滤液、提取液与原料中除水外的其他剩余食用成分混合,搅拌均匀后,灌装即可。

1.一种降脂麦苗柠檬汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:柠檬100-120、小麦苗100-120、蜂蜜200-240、冷开水400-430、金针菇60-70、甜荞10-13、天星米20-30、蓝莓汁50-60、青梅粉35-40、辛夷花5-7、薏仁8-10、菊花6-8、决明子5-7、蜀葵子2-3、赤瓜木2-3、营养液10-14、蔗糖适量、新鲜竹筒适量、水适量:
所述营养液,由以下重量份原料制成:苜蓿芽10-15、醋栗15-20、青梅汁60-70、虫草菌丝体3-4、芦荟3-4、海藻2-3、荷叶灰2-3、鲜嫩椰子适量、水适量;
