本发明主要涉及饮料及其制备工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种青瓜麦苗汁。
背景技术
目前,人们吃的食品、饮品多种多样,但是有特殊功效和口味的食品并不多,这些在一定程度 上满足了人们的生活需要,但是,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于食品的要求也越 来越高,这就需要开发出更多的食品以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种青瓜麦苗汁的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种青瓜麦苗汁,由以下重量份原料组成:青瓜300-320、小麦苗80-100、木瓜80-100、藕50-60、莲子40-50、红豆50-60、薏仁40-50、银耳40-50、荷叶8-10、灯芯草7-8、牛黄5-6、百合8-10、八股绳5-6、溪黄草5-6、豌豆叶4-5、玫瑰叶4-5、玉米汁40-50、番茄汁50-60、蜂蜜80-100、红酒100-150、水适量。
一种青瓜麦苗汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将青瓜、小麦苗洗净后,置于打汁机中,打成青汁备用;
(2)将木瓜、藕洗净,取其肉,切成块,置于容器中,倒入玉米汁、番茄汁,隔水蒸熟后,将容器中所有物料打成木瓜汁备用;
(3)将莲子、红豆、薏仁、银耳洗净后,置于锅中,加入蜂蜜、红酒,加热熬煮1-2小时,去锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(4)将荷叶、灯芯草、牛黄、百合、八股绳、溪黄草、豌豆叶用6-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(5)将青汁、木瓜汁、步骤3中的浆汁、中药浓缩液混合,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种青瓜麦苗汁,制作工艺简单、环保,具有一定的养颜、降火的功效,以及荷叶、灯芯草、牛黄等的提取物的添加,增加了本发明麦苗汁的养颜、降火的功效,适合大多数人饮用。

1.一种青瓜麦苗汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:青瓜300-320、小麦苗80-100、木瓜80-100、藕50-60、莲子40-50、红豆50-60、薏仁40-50、银耳40-50、荷叶8-10、灯芯草7-8、牛黄5-6、百合8-10、八股绳5-6、溪黄草5-6、豌豆叶4-5、玫瑰叶4-5、玉米汁40-50、番茄汁50-60、蜂蜜80-100、红酒100-150、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种青瓜麦苗汁的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将青瓜、小麦苗洗净后,置于打汁机中,打成青汁备用;
(2)将木瓜、藕洗净,取其肉,切成块,置于容器中,倒入玉米汁、番茄汁,隔水蒸熟后,将容器中所有物料打成木瓜汁备用;
