背景技术
饮料产品多数都含有大量的糖分,随着人们越来越注重保健养生,一些更加健康营养的功效性、功能性饮品相比于含糖量较高的软饮料类品更受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种休闲冲调饮品,该饮品采用天然食材制备,无添加防腐剂,且具有排毒、去湿、清热、理气、健脾、化痰的功效。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种休闲冲调饮品,由以下原料按照以下质量份数进行配比:麦苗5-34份、陈皮10-23份、薏米5-10份、紫甘蓝5-20份、扁豆5-20份、青瓜5-20份、胡萝卜5-20份。
优选的,所述原料的质量配比为:麦苗17份、陈皮10份、薏米5份、紫甘蓝20份、扁豆17份、青瓜10份、胡萝卜16份。
优选的,所述原料的质量配比为:麦苗30份、陈皮20份、薏米10份、紫甘蓝18份、扁豆5份、青瓜15份、胡萝卜12份。
优选的,所述原料的质量配比为:麦苗26份、陈皮19份、薏米8份、紫甘蓝11份、扁豆15份、青瓜20份、胡萝卜20份。
本发明的休闲冲调饮品,制备步骤如下:将麦苗、紫甘蓝、青瓜、胡萝卜打浆,加入5倍质量的水,匀浆,均质,得浆料;将陈皮、薏米、扁豆热水浸提2-3次,合并提取液;将浆料和提取液混合、浓缩后,喷雾干燥,制得。
本发明的休闲冲调饮品,制备步骤也可以是如下:将所述原料洗净、混合,烘干至90-95℃,再经粉碎至80-100目,制得。
进一步的,可以采用本发明所述原料,采用现有工艺,制备成液态、酸奶等形式的饮品。
麦苗含有十几种氨基酸和酶,而且各成分比例平衡,这些氨基酸和酶,能重建人体细胞,活化受损细胞。本发明采用麦苗为主要的成分,达到清血、清肝、排毒的功效,叶绿素修复细胞的同时,麦苗汁还能改善人体酸碱度,同时辅以薏米、陈皮、扁豆,增加去湿气、健脾,排毒的功效;利用天然食材青瓜、紫甘蓝、胡萝卜,增加维生素,补充营养;本发明的饮品具有排毒、去湿、清热、理气、健脾、化痰的功效。

实施例1 本发明的休闲冲调饮品,由以下质量配比的原料制备:麦苗17份、陈皮10份、薏米5份、紫甘蓝20份、扁豆17份、青瓜10份、胡萝卜16份;制备时,先将麦苗、紫甘蓝、青瓜、胡萝卜打浆,加入5倍质量的水,匀浆,均质,得浆料;将陈皮、薏米、扁豆热水浸提3次,合并提取液;将浆料和提取液混合、浓缩后,喷雾干燥,制得。
实施例2 本发明的休闲冲调饮品,由以下质量配比的原料制备:麦苗30份、陈皮20份、薏米10份、紫甘蓝18份、扁豆5份、青瓜15份、胡萝卜12份;制备时,先将麦苗、紫甘蓝、青瓜、胡萝卜打浆,加入5倍质量的水,匀浆,均质,得浆料;将陈皮、薏米、扁豆热水浸提3次,合并提取液;将浆料和提取液混合、浓缩后,喷雾干燥,制得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的休闲冲调饮品,其特征在于,所述原料的质量配比为:麦苗17份、陈皮10份、薏米5份、紫甘蓝20份、扁豆17份、青瓜10份、胡萝卜16份。
