人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种薏仁木瓜汁及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种薏仁木瓜汁,由以下重量份原料制成:木瓜130-150、薏仁50-60、燕麦30-40、竹荪20-30、甘蔗汁100-120、植脂末30-40、抹茶粉8-10、百合6-8、桑叶4-5、螺旋藻5-7、马鞭草4-5、迷迭香4-5、欧石楠5-6、篱栏子2-3、白叶火草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、冰糖60-80、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:蘘荷花苞5-6、关公须3-4、山楂花5-6、荠菜籽3-4、苦瓜汁50-60、石榴100-120、荞麦70-80、啤酒酒花5-7、酒曲1-2、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将蘘荷花苞、关公须、山楂花、荠菜籽用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将石榴洗净,取其果肉与洗净的荞麦一起放入榨汁机中,加适量水榨汁,过滤,得到石榴荞麦汁备用;
(3)将石榴荞麦汁放入容器中,加啤酒酒花、酒曲,密封发酵5-6天,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(4)将步骤1的提取液、苦瓜汁、步骤3的滤液混合,搅拌均匀即可得到食品添加剂。
一种薏仁木瓜汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将木瓜洗净,去皮去籽切成块与洗净的薏仁、燕麦放入锅中,加足量水、冰糖,加热煮至木瓜软烂,去所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(2)将竹荪洗净,置于锅中,加抹茶粉、植脂末、甘蔗汁,加热焖煮50-60分钟,然后过滤,得到滤液备用;
(3)将百合、桑叶、螺旋藻、马鞭草、迷迭香、欧石楠、篱栏子、白叶火草用6-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(4)将步骤1的滤液、步骤2的滤液、提取液、食品添加剂、冰糖混合,搅拌均匀后灌装即可。
