背景技术
目前,人们吃的食品、饮品多种多样,但是有特殊功效和口味的食品并不多,这些在一定程度上满足了人们的生活需要,但是,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于食品的要求也越来越高,这就需要开发出更多的食品以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种山药排骨粥的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种山药排骨粥,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米80-100、黑米30-40、芸豆20-30、豌豆15-20、山药20-30、荔枝果肉20-30、猪排骨18-25、杜仲5-6、高良姜5-6、栀子4-5、桃仁5-6、鹿茸4-5、绿茶叶6-8、冬瓜皮5-6、三叶草3-4、食品添加剂8-10、红酒30-40、蜂蜜60-70、椰汁30-40、食盐适量、白砂糖适量、水适量。
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、紫菜粉8-10、玫瑰花粉5-6、黑麦粉5-6、魔芋胶3-4、薏仁油0.2-0.3、杨梅核粉2-3、淀粉10-15、蜂蜜8-10。
一种山药排骨粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪排骨洗净,切块后,置于锅中,将食品添加剂、红酒、食盐、适量水,加热焖煮至汤浓,过滤,取排骨汤备用;
(2)将山药洗净,切成小块,与荔枝肉一起置于容器中,倒入蜂蜜、椰汁,加热炖煮20-30分钟,取山药、荔枝肉备用;
(3)将杜仲、高良姜、栀子、桃仁、鹿茸、绿茶叶、冬瓜皮、三叶草用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将粳米、黑米、芸豆、豌豆洗净,倒入锅中,加入适量水,煮成粥后,与排骨汤、山药、荔枝肉、中药浓缩液、白砂糖合并,充分搅拌,混匀后灌装。

一种山药排骨粥,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:粳米80、黑米30、芸豆20、豌豆15、山药20、荔枝果肉20、猪排骨18、杜仲6、高良姜5、栀子4、桃仁5、鹿茸4、绿茶叶6、冬瓜皮5、三叶草3、食品添加剂8、红酒30、蜂蜜60、椰汁30、食盐适量、白砂糖适量、水适量。

1.一种山药排骨粥,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米80-100、黑米30-40、芸豆20-30、豌豆15-20、山药20-30、荔枝果肉20-30、猪排骨18-25、杜仲5-6、高良姜5-6、栀子4-5、桃仁5-6、鹿茸4-5、绿茶叶6-8、冬瓜皮5-6、三叶草3-4、食品添加剂8-10、红酒30-40、蜂蜜60-70、椰汁30-40、食盐适量、白砂糖适量、水适量;
