食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、紫菜粉8-10、玫瑰花粉5-6、黑麦粉5-6、魔芋胶3-4、薏仁油0.2-0.3、杨梅核粉2-3、淀粉10-15、蜂蜜8-10。
一种山药排骨粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪排骨洗净,切块后,置于锅中,将食品添加剂、红酒、食盐、适量水,加热焖煮至汤浓,过滤,取排骨汤备用;
(2)将山药洗净,切成小块,与荔枝肉一起置于容器中,倒入蜂蜜、椰汁,加热炖煮20-30分钟,取山药、荔枝肉备用;

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、紫菜粉8-10、玫瑰花粉5-6、黑麦粉5-6、魔芋胶3-4、薏仁油0.2-0.3、杨梅核粉2-3、淀粉10-15、蜂蜜8-10。
